A Flawless Stay — Hotel Britomart Delivers on Every Level
Pros:

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Britomart and it is, without question, one of the finest hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.

The room was beautifully appointed, the onsite restaurants were all sensational (although on this trip, we only dined in Kingi and the seafood on offer was amazing). The location is simply hard to beat. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. We didn't use the complimentary bikes as we had a rental car, but we loved that they were available.

We searched hard for something to critique and came up empty. Hotel Britomart is the complete package, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland.

Five stars, without hesitation.

We struggled to find any fault with the hotel - everything for us was perfect!

Great hotel, exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. Central location, easy access for all attractions.

The eco friendly environment and location.

Cons:

Some of the staff were excellent, others were less engaging. We arrived back at the hotel prior to 10pm and went to the bar to order a drink, we were abruptly told the bar was closed. We left to go to our room, however, we were then chased by a member of staff who told us he did not realise we were staying there and we could sit in the reception area and have wine or beer, but no cocktails! We just found this quite odd.

早餐的性价比实在是高。难以叙说，旁边的小小早餐这个咖啡馆都比他强，他35新元包的早餐实在是很难讲。也不及时打扫。餐厅装饰品顶上的灰尘非常的难难看。所以他的服务和管理呢，有的地方非常好，有的地方非常差。嗯，还不是很虚心，你一说呢，他们说他们找不到人，这都不是理由。

Trendy hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Rooms were compact but extremely comfortable. Location was outstanding. The Britomart area has a great feel. Renovation of the property has been done with a great eye to detail. Very trendy.

Wish we had stayed longer!
