A great hotel and fabulous staff
Pros:

An excellent hotel! While the architecture and decor is first-rate (we love the industrial vibe), the staff is even better! Baj, Elliott, Moneeta, Jen and others made us feel special and at home. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Urban Hotel
Pros:

The hotel and Britomart precinct are the best location in Auckland. Close walk to the wharf, city, Viaduct, transport hub. But really you don't need to leave Britomart, fabulous shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes, including the Saturday market. Britomart Hotel is styly and friendly, loved the guest bar and restaurant.

A perfect stay for the Aotearoa Art Fair
Pros:

Was a great stay and I love the space and everything about the hotel. Would have preferred a nicer view with sunshine; I was on the wrong side and it was super dark. Your Shane Cotton art works are fabulous as well as your design, both interior and exterior. Perfect location.

Highly rated bespoke hotel in the fabulous Britomart precinct.
Pros:

Hotel Britomart restaurant has excellent service and a foody menu with a fantastic selection of dishes, we had breakfast and pre-show small plates. The staff always greet us with a smile and if time allows ask about your day. The hotel decor aligns beautifully to the surrounding buildings, restaurants and shopping, Britomart is our favorite central Auckland location.
