Sonder 16th South

The property was very clean, safe, and nice. The AC/heater unit was a little noisy ( like maybe something needs to be fixed?)
You can hear other guests very clearly, but other than that, the place is very nice. Loved having a kitchen and living room. Made the stay very comfortable.

For the very low nightly price, this is a full fledged 1 BR apt. For a regular traveler this is a great deal ! Place was immaculate and well furnished for a relatively long stay. Didn't realize it was pay to park but street parking was free and convenient. Would have been nice not additionally having to navigate the Sonder app to get the entry code (why not just send in secure email). Highly recommend this place as it's walking distance to music row!

Guest beware! Customer service was all time low.

They sent my confirmation code to an email that I didn’t give and that does not exist.

When I called to sort out the reservation they didn’t have any such reservation although I was clearly charged.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful.

Had to make alternative accommodation arrangements!

Hopefully getting a refund is not as difficult and unpleasant as this experience was.

We have 3 young kids and there are drunk people everywhere, screaming and fighting… it’s been all night long. None of us are sleeping… this has been a total and complete nightmare. The walls and ceilings are too thin. This is not suitable for families whatsoever.

Great stay, decent neighborhood. As others have mentioned, the shower leaks water into the floor which is quite annoying. Sorry, the queen sized bed mattress is in need of replacement as it has a bit of a dip on one side. The unit comes with everything you need, including bedding for the pull out couch. Kitchen was very convenient.

Great place, great neighborhood. Will stay again and highly recommend

There were cockroaches the last morning before we left. The AC was locked to one temp. We were switched to a room without a king bed and that’s originally what we paid for. Good location. Spacious. Cockroaches ruined it for us since we had a crawling baby.

Nashville Sonder , was perfect for what we needed for a couple of days ,location was perfect, accommodation was beautifully presented , walking distance from the music row and Nashville row , absolutely perfect for what we needed , clean , comfortable and safe, thank you kindly Sonder , l would highly recommend and definitely return.

The apartment could use a coat a paint and the kitchen floor fixed, The linens and towels could have been brighter, they looked dull. .
The layout was nice and the apartment had everything we needed.

Not a bad place to stay. Love the bowls and utensils to make meals in super easy. The bed is incredibly stiff and uncomfy and the ac/heating is extremely loud. Knocking points off for that

Liked the apartment, it was clean and plenty of room.we didnt have no washcloths, but i had brought some adult wash clothes so that worked out ok.Could use some seating outside on the porch but overall it was very confertable and convenient to the hospital..

Unfortunately, access to the Unit was behind a Building keypad code and a Unit keypad code. We were not given the Building keypad code and upon arrival were unable to access our stay. Thankfully, another quest allowed us in and the property owner was responsive but themselves did not have the code to share immediately.

The space was clean and stocked with dishes to use the kitchen. Easy access to check-in and I loved the digital lock pad. I felt like it was my own apartment with linens and a rug on the living room floor. Great lighting and plenty of outlets for charging devices.

Visited Nashville for a friend's birthday and the group stayed in two units. Overall, our stay was great and the living space was comfortable and met all of our needs. If we visit Nashville in the future, we would choose to stay elsewhere only due to location. We prefer to walk to our destinations, but Soner 16th was not within walking distance of Broadway.

Accessing the property and check in was confusing.The door code listed was incorrect. I had to call for help several times, but each time I was connected with a real person within a few minutes. Location was excellent. Accommodations were good. Kitchen very handy and well equipped. We had several meals in.

Stayed the night to break up a long drive home after the holiday. The property is easy to find. Directions were easy as far as checking in and accessing the property and unit. The property looks nicer in photos than in person. The walls could use a session with a magic eraser. We lifted up the area rug corner in the bedroom and there was a ton of dust and dirt underneath. Not bad for a one night stay, but would not choose this property again.

Had a great stay at Sonder 16. Highly recommend!

Place was wonderful! Already looking at other locations for upcoming trips.

Good, but renovation not as perfect as it looks in pictures. Air conditioner makes sudden sound when it comes on. Sheets not comfortable. Unable to get into the amenities cabinet (though we had enough).

The place was very clean.

There is a bright porch light, though, that shines through and can disturb sleep if someone is sleeping on the pull-out couch (which we had). There were some closeby neighbors who were loud at around 2am, which I know isn’t the fault of the property owners, but that was a frustration.

It would have been nice if the AC went lower, especially for sleeping. But the area was nice and the location was well-maintained.
