Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, aber Service und Sauberkeit nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau.
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Den Preis für Kinder empfand ich als zu hoch angesetzt.

Cons:

Die Dachfenster im Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen, wodurch keine ausreichende Frischluftzufuhr möglich war. Das Upgrade Zimmer wäre gegenüber des Aufzuges gewesen. Auch die Sauberkeit sowie der Roomservice entsprachen leider nicht den Erwartungen an ein Haus dieser Kategorie.
Im Spa-Bereich gab es ebenfalls Mängel: Eine Dusche war defekt, das Getränkeangebot war sehr eingeschränkt, für Aufgüsse fehlten die Zutaten. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das insgesamt enttäuschend.

Fint och jättemysigt hotell, vi är däremot missnöjda med hur vi blev bemötta. Det påverkade vistelsen mycket och vi lär
Pros:

Fint och välstädat med en lyxig känsla.

Cons:

Personalen va korta och otrevliga i tonen. På restaurangen fick vi inga menyer och fick till slut frågan ”behöver ni hjälp eller?”. Tog sedan ca 1 h innan någon kom och tog vår beställning.

Nice courtyard and very nice rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was super crowded by people not staying there. We were in line in 20 min for breakfast and then waited 1 hour for the food. We discussed this with the reception and we shouldn´t pay for it, but it was very annoying I must say. We had breakfast another place the next morning.
