The location and staff were very nice
Many thanks for Miss Noha at the reception,Mohammed Gamal & Abdul Rahman Moustafa they were responsible for the room cleaning,Beshoy & Khaled were responsible for the chalet cleaning ,they were very helpful and did their best to make us convenient
Bathrooms of the chalet I can not consider it as a five stars hotel or even 4 stars

They were truly exceptional and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize the Reservation Manager, Mr. Abdelfattah, and his team for their outstanding support and professionalism. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Mohamed and the Room Service team, particularly Khaled and Ahmed, for their excellent service, responsiveness, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
While the staff's hospitality was excellent, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant was often quite crowded, which affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, there were noticeable delays in replenishing items at the open buffet, resulting in some dishes being unavailable for extended periods. I would also suggest reviewing the quality of the juices served, as they appeared to be prepared with tap water, which negatively impacted their taste and overall quality
### Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience and fell far below my expectations.
The furniture and overall condition of the room were quite poor, and the room service was not up to standard. Cleanliness was another major issue; I would honestly rate it no more than **1/10**. The quality of the food was also very disappointing, and the technical and logistical support provided by the hotel was not satisfactory.
Another issue that made the experience even more frustrating was being charged an additional amount that was almost **twice the original payment** due to not having a valid residence permit. While I understand that certain policies may apply, the additional charge was extremely high and was not clearly communicated beforehand.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service and the value for money. Unfortunately, this is **not an experience I would like to repeat, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.**
