Es war fast zu viel an angebotenem Essen - unter Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten wäre weniger gut - oder die Frage: was macht das Hotel mit dem Übriggebliebenen -
Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - in allen Bereichen - am Strand, das Reinigungspersonal, egal wo - (alles sehr sauber) das Design der ganzen Anlage - viele Menschen können gut gleichzeitig dort sein - es verteilt sich genial.
eigentlich gab es nichts, was nicht gefallen hat. Allerdings gab es beim Schwimmen immer Ecken in den abgegrenzten Schwimmbereichen, wo sich Müll sammelte - mal eine Flasche, etwas Plastik oder anderes - dies könnte täglich beseitigt werden. Ich habe es dann beim letzten Schwimmgang mit rausgenommen.....es hat offensichtlich niemanden gestört.....übrigens wurde der ganze Boden in der großen Strandschwimmanlage total gut gereinigt - morgens vor Sonnenaufgang - wirklich sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich alles.

The food menu was not good and not prepared properly

They offered us a free upgraded room with a welcoming honey moon decoration and cake and fruit plate , it was a nice from them
Also, the hotel facilities are new and excellent
The main pool is not heated , while the secondary pool is heated but its a little bit far from the hotel building
Also, food quality is fair , they need to improve the food quality to be great

It is not the first time in the Majestic hotel, and definitely not the last time.
I tried the suites before, and this time I stayed in the villa, it was absolutely perfect as expected..... comfy, clean, the location was very good.
The pool for the villa's area was heated and not crowded.
The beach for the kids was rocky, need beach shoes to went into it.
There is another area for adults, the water was cold by this time, but it is amazing and you can't be there without trying the seawater.
And Teleferik El Galala was a nice Experience.
The restaurant was average. The breakfast was OK, not wow but fine.
The lunch is low average, you can barely find a tasty type of food you can say good. The soup was good in one day, there was no fresh pasta station, only pre-prepared pasta, and it wasn't good.
Even the al card menu pizza wasn't bas but wasn't good
The restaurant needs to be developed and improve the quality to meet the hotel level
Top Lage, ansprechendes Haus, gute Bedienung , hervorragendes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. LEIDER: Das ‚all inclusive‘ Angebot kostet nicht viel, ABER es ist auch nicht mehr wert. Der Galala Cabel Car direkt hinter dem Hotel ist SUPER!
Buffet, Service, in jeder Hinsicht OK, aber
NIE UND NIMMER auf 5*-Niveau.
Die Art der Anpreisung ist eigentlich BETRUG!
