WoodSpring Suites Chicago Midway

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room clearly hadn’t been fully cleaned in a good while, and there were insects in the bathroom. The floors were dirty, the room was dusty, and the walls in the bathroom were filthy. The room stunk and the water coming from the faucet also had an unpleasant odor. The bed was uncomfortable, only had two pillows, and the blanket may as well have been a sheet. The only other staff member we saw the whole stay was pushing a cart blaring music from a speaker at 11 at night. Between the curtains doing nothing to block the light coming into the room, the uncomfortable bed, and a constant beeping sound sleep was nearly impossible. You’d think with the money they save by hardly having any staff on site the hotel could provide toiletries, free WiFi, or more bedding but this is not the case.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. And the room smelled so bad I had to keep the ac on to prevent from gagging. I paid for WiFi and it didn’t work. The staff refused to give us more than two towels and we paid for 4 people. Rude. Dirty. Smelled horrible.

The room could have been cleaner the blinds was dirty the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean looks like the cleaning staff wiped it down quickly built up dirt in corners of the bathroom floor

I had female hair strand in the bathroom, but other than that it was cool.

what I Complaint about in the above comment. Plus the hotel has roaches, I killed 2 in my 7 long days stay. I also had to clean the 2 queen bed platform that had dirt and crackers crumbs in the corners of both.
