Restaurant: immer wieder. Hotel: nie wieder.
Pros:

Das Restaurant war top: à la carte, aber auch am Buffet. Auch das Frühstück war sensationell, vielfältig und auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Das Bereich im Erdgeschoss (Empfang, Restaurant etc.) ist renoviert und sieht sehr stylisch aus.

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer war auf dem alten Stand VOR der Renovierung. Das konnte ich auf den booking-Fotos zwar sehen, womit ich aber nicht gerechnet habe: WIE SEHR renovierungsbedürftig mein Zimmer war. Die Lampe war mit Tesafilm geflickt, aus einer Wand sind ein paar Ecken rausgebrochen, die Heizung, der Sessel und die Steckdosen waren schmutzig, ein Regalboden war rausgebrochen, die Duscharmatur war locker, das dreckige 90er-Jahre-Telefon mit drumherum gewickeltem Kabel war ein Lacher. (Kann man alles auf den Fotos sehen, die ich hier hochgeladen habe.) Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel dürfte so ein Zimmer eigentlich nicht mehr vermieten. Ich bin trotzdem drin geblieben, weil ich von einer langen Fernwanderung kam, fix und fertig war und einfach nur meine Ruhe haben wollte. Keine Lust auf Diskussionen.

Driving through Tirol from Málaga to Munich, will for sure come back with motorbike or convertible.
Pros:

A very warm friendly welcome - was looking for shelter as the rain had started to poor down on my motorbike ride. Could park the bike next to the reception, think the owner helped me at the reception (excellent host).

Pool gesucht nach einer langen, heißen E5 Etappe? Schau nicht weiter.
Pros:

Am Pool zu liegen nach einer langen, heißen Etappe auf dem E5 war phenomenal und brachte Leben zurück in die müden Glieder. Das Frühstück war opulent, das Abendessen im Restaurant war toll. Bushaltestelle zur Bergbahn direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hätte mir nachts im heißen Sommer 2026 durchaus gefallen

2iem séjour à moto cette fois-ci et toujours aussi serviable, courtois, accueillant, une relation client indiscutable, nous reviendrons c'est sûr .

Der Service war sehr gut, der Preis aufgrund der Lage und des Renovierungsbedarfs war etwas zu hoch.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr warm weil unter dem Dach.
Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht besucht deshalb keine Bewertung dazu.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Badewanne die als Dusche genutzt werden konnte war undicht und deshalb die Türzargen unten vermodert. In der separaten Toilette gab es kein Waschbecken.
