Pros:

2iem séjour à moto cette fois-ci et toujours aussi serviable, courtois, accueillant, une relation client indiscutable, nous reviendrons c'est sûr .
Les chambres sont calmes, l'espace bien être est très agréable et spacieux.

Der Service war sehr gut, der Preis aufgrund der Lage und des Renovierungsbedarfs war etwas zu hoch.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr warm weil unter dem Dach.
Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht besucht deshalb keine Bewertung dazu.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt. Badewanne die als Dusche genutzt werden konnte war undicht und deshalb die Türzargen unten vermodert. In der separaten Toilette gab es kein Waschbecken.

Great option when staying in Zams with excellent food and very nice rooms
Pros:

We needed to make an unexpected overnight stop in Zams before hiking to a hut. This was a last minute booking (like hours) before we showed up traveling to Zams by train. I'm really glad we chose this hotel.

First of all, the hotel is about a 10 minute walking distance from the train station. So, we just did that, although I believe the hotel will arrange a taxi if needed.

Next, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, with nice rooms overlooking the nearby mountains. Also, the food quality and service exceeded our expectations. In particular, the breakfast was outstanding with lots of options including breads, meats, fruit, yogurt, etc.

In particular, I was impressed that the front desk staff were ready for our arrival on such a short notice. They were also friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is nothing the hotel can control so just take it as information sharing. This part of Zams is slightly commercial with a few stores and businesses abutting the hotel property. So don't expect an idyllic Austrian experience with farm animals grazing in the meadow next to the hotel. However, the hotel itself and staff more than compensate for this.

la facture finale. La réceptionniste voulait me faire payer le tarif chambre à la personne donc 2 personnes 141,00 x2= 288 €
