Pros:

Best breakfast I have ever had in Europe. So much selection and clean. Nice people from the front desk to the wait staff. The Spa was amazing. After skiing or hiking all day it was so relaxing. They had this Spa kit with towels, foot ware, robes. Great dinners too. The rooms were very clean. Some had nicest view on the mountains. east walk for the train and bus stations.

Cons:

The wifi internet did not always connect and USB ports to recharge devices in the room would be nice. I went with Booking.com as they did not take credit card reservations directly.
