Colazione ricca e varia, aria condizionata in camera ottima, staff gentilissimo, letto comodo, garage sotterraneo a 20 euro a giorno comodo e posti a volontà, posizione strategica per vedere la città e ben collegato con le principali strade e autostrada.

Cons:

Manca un frigobar e non esiste un vero e proprio armadio per i vestiti, comunque ci sta essendo un business hotel. Canali TV solo in lingua straniera, la RAI c'era ma non si vedeva.

Hotel eccezionale
Sono arrivata in hotel alle 7 del mattino con l'intenzione di lasciare la valigia in attesa del check-in pomeridiano: mi hanno dato subito una stanza (familiare, anche se viaggiavo da sola) pensando che volessi riposare un po'.
Zona comune al secondo piano molto carina e curata, posizione fantastica

Excellent location, super clean, large rooms, fantastic breakfast

Excellent breakfast (even had Smarties, chocolate cake and Haribos!)

Pros:

Pěkný moderní čistý hotel. Umístění pár metrů od hlavního náměstí a hlavně pár metrů od autobusové zastávky Heiligengeistplatz od kud jezdí autobusy k Wörthersee. Velký pokoj s dost velkou koupelnou což nebývá úplně běžné.

Cons:

Personál. To nám pokazilo celkový pocit z hotelu. Při check-in jsme museli dost dlouho čekat než se nám někdo ze čtyřech zaměstnanců na recepci začne věnovat. Měli mezi sebou dlouho debatu a nás si nevšímali. Následně jsme požádali o kartu Wörthersee Plus Card, slečna se divila proč jí chceme a následně nám řekla, že se máme stavit za hodinu. Po hodině čekání na pokoji jsme došli na recepci karta tam nebyla a tentokrát její kolega nám řekl, že bude nachystaná za další hodinu. To už jsme nechtěli čekat a vyrazili do města, kde jsme kvůli chybějící kartě museli změnit program a veškerou místní dopravu si nakonec platit sami. Večer už nám kartu nakonec na recepci dali. Možná jsme měli napsat požadavek na kartu dopředu před příjezdem. To nevíme. Nikdo nám k tomu nakonec nic neřekl.
