Mobbing eines Mitarbeites vor unseren Augen. Bei Einschreiten vulgär beschimpft & angepöbelt.
Pros:

An und für sich ein gutes Business Hotel. Zimmer klein, aber ok und gemütlich. Preis / Leistung passt, Lage ist ganz gut.

Cons:

Wir kamen gegen 22: 00 zurück ins Hotel. Bar und Rezeption sind in diesem Hotel direkt im Eingangsbereich positioniert.
Der eindeutig mehr ls nur alkoholisierte Barkeeper war mit seinen Freunden am feiern. Unprofessionell, aber soweit noch kein Thema für uns persönlich.

Der Barkeeper und seine Freunde gingen in einer Tour lautstark auf den Rezeptionisten los, klassisches mobbing. Da war es schon schwer wegzuhören. Als sie ihn dann in wahrlich vulgären Worten als "homo**uelle Sch**uchtel" beschimpften, direkt vor uns und ohne die geringste Zurückhaltung, war es mir zuviel und ich mischte mich verteidigend ein.

Dann kam der Barkeeper, unterstützt von seinen Freunden, so richtig in Fahrt. Ich wurde als "Sche**ss Gast" beschimpft, den eh keiner brauche. Ich solle doch mit meine "Sch*chtel Freunden" auswandern. Ich möchte hier nicht die ganze Schmipftirade wiedergeben, booking würde den Kommentar sicher blocken - und ich würde das auch verstehen.

Der Rezeptionist brach in Tränen aus, er rief den Chef der Rezeption an. Dieser tauchte auch tatsächlich wenige Minuten später auf und versuchte die Situation zu entschärfen. Allerdings recht erfolglos.

Wäre es da nicht schon gegen 23:00 gewesen, wir wären sicherlich sofort ausgecheckt.

Beim check-out am Tag daarauf wurde uns dann zwar nochmal gesagt, dass das Hotel sich entschuldige. Gleichzeit saß derselbe Mitarbeiter an der Bar, Konsequenzen schien es keine zu geben.

Als Wiedergutmachung lud uns dann der Rezeptionist beim Checkout auf unsere zwei Bier ein, die wir an der Bar am besagten Abend konsumiert hatten. Mehr könne er selbst nicht entscheiden meinte er.

Interessant fand ich das in sofern, als der Vorfall nicht einmal bis zum Direktor vorgedrungen ist. Es gab keine Reaktion, keine Konsequenzen.

Funktionales Zimmer, das für zwei Nächte völlig ausreicht. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fand ich mi 19€ ziemlich teuer. Den Ausblick auf den Innenhof fand ich nicht so toll.

Hervorragend geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Klagenfurt mit Nähe zur Altstadt
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage zum Besuch der Innenstadt, auch fußläufig erreichbar vom Bahnhof (bei viel Gepäck ist es aber von Vorteil mit einem Taxi zu fahren), tolle Innenausstattung, Frühstück reichlich und vielfältig, Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich,
