würde nächstesmal ein anderes Hotel vorziehen

Modernes 3*** Hotel, zweckmässige Einrichtung
Receptionspersonal sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das Frühstückbuffet war ausreichend. Es wurden viele Speisen nicht mehr aufgefüllt, bzw. ergänzt!
Z.Bsp. Früchte und Yoghurts, Käse und Brot.
Die anwesende junge Dame war nicht gerade motiviert und unterhielt sich lieber mit dem Küchenpersonal.

Sehr gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut mit viel Auswahl (inkl. veganen und glutenfreien Optionen) es war alles frisch, und es wird immer darauf geachtet, dass schnell aufgefüllt wird. Die Mitarbeiterin die für das Frühstück zuständig ist, war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ich finde die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer, sowie die vielen Lampen und Steckdosen sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die MitarbeiterInnen beim Check-In/-Out könnten etwas aufmerksamer sein wenn man sich anstellt, aber wenn man dann aber mit Ihnen geredet hat, waren sie ebenfalls freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Kissen auf den Betten könnten bequemer sein, das ist aber Geschmacksache.

Freundlich, nett und gut gelegen
Pros:

Es werden keine Duftstoffe verwendet und auch die Bettwäsche gat nicht nach Waschmittel gestunken. Das Personal war ausgesprochen bemüht und zuvorkommend. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Stadt toll - wir kommen wieder aber nicht ins Ibis
Pros:

Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Lage zur Messe ist perfekt.

Cons:

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind unfreundlich, lassen einen lange warten.
Jeden Service den ich in anderen Hotels davor habe ( Betten machen, frische Handtücher etc) muss man anfordern und trotz Anforderung wird es nicht gemacht. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücksraum. Leckeres Frühstück! Sehr ruhig aber nahe am Zentrum. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.
