Es un lugar muy limpio muy seguro muy céntrico muy familiar muy cómodo el aire acondicionado es excelente el agua de la regadera muy rica lo recomiendo ampliamente

Very convenient location in the heart of Palenque. Room was clean

Cons:

Room was very basic and with no proper window (no air circulation), just a fake one right on the staircase (lack of privacy). Staff was quite rude.

la ubicacion es muy buena

Cons:

nos dieron una habitación que daba al pasillo del hotel (interior), llego esa noche gente con valijas e hicieron un montón de ruido. como no tiene ventanas al exterior, olía a humedad y muy obscura.

Bed lag prima en de douche was fijn, locatie was prima

Cons:

Overal haren op de grond en vlekken in de lakens. Geen enkel haakje, kledinghanger, kast o.i.d. om kleding op te hangen. Harde muziek in de avond (wij waren er in het weekend)

El lugar está cerca del centro y visitar los lugares de su alrededor ya que ese era nuestro objetivo.
El personal nos apoyó mucho en nuestra estancia con plancha, destapacorcho y nos recomendó lugares.

Bad deal.
Pros:

The bed was firm the way I like it but that isn't unique to this hotel. Beds are nice and firm all over Mexico.

Cons:

Lots. The first morning we had to be ready by 5:30 am for our tour and we couldn't get hot water in the shower no matter how long we ran it and had to give up. There was no floor mat in the bathroom when you step out of the shower. With slick tiles this could prove dangerous. We were happy to see a ceiling fan in the room but it would run only at full speed. No regulator. No extra sockets to plug in phone charger. Poor lighting. No elevator. After a long day of climbing while sightseeing it was painful to go up two flights of stairs. Not a good value for money.

El clima ac y limpieza esta excelente

Cons:

He estado un muchos hoteles y por lo regular dejo los controles en los cuartos, sin embargo esta ves nadie me comento que tenia que bajarlos y los deje arriba, y la señora que me recibio los controles casi casi me dijo que los bajara se me hizo mal plan por la forma en que lo pidio, pero bueno no vuelvo a ese hotel

A perfect place to stay in Palenque!
Pros:

We arrived early and the staff was really welcoming offering us an early check in. During the stay we felt comfortable and very welcome. They had answers to all our questions!

Vintage hotel close to shipping and dining
Pros:

The hotel is in the center of town so everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was helpful and gave me tips to get to the Palenque archeological site without spending too much.

Cons:

The shower head is old and shoots water in different directions. The first day I got hot water in the shower but the next day I only got cold water.

Bien placé, propre, le personnel était très gentil, nous avons pu laissé nos sac à dos le jour du départ, car nous prenions le bus du soir.

Cons:

Il faudrait revoir la salle de bain, il y a des trous pour les évacuations qui donnent sur un couloir qui communique avec les chambres voisines. Mais pour le prix c’est très bien
