Pros:

The rooms did not look like they did online. The outlet on the bathroom did not work we told the staff they called us back said problem was fixed and it wasn’t it still did not work. Very frustrating!!!

My experience was excellent and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I usually travel a lot for football games. Everything about my trip was not great until I got to the TRU that changed. I had no issues checking in and I was there at midnight. The service was super fast and not to mention how the guy at the counter went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I go to Arizona 1 time a year and we definitely will stay here every time.

Pros:

Everything was pretty good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was super good. Most importantly it was clean and good hotel.

Cons:

They didn’t have toothpaste and a shoes to walk inside the room or toilet. I have seen these in some other hotels. So I think they have them too.

Location was great, price was crazy !
Pros:

The staff was excellent ! Pillows and beds super comfy ! Tasty breakfast.

Cons:

We went for a concert across the street $579 for two nights at a hotel in PHX in July! If there wasn’t a concert it would’ve been $84 a night !

I loved it. it was very convenience being in the first floor and close to everything & not noisy.
Pros:

breakfast was available . coffee and hotel water and fruit and Tea was there all the time and front desk was supper nice and helpful.

Cons:

one evening i saw a shirt less guy around the front desk that i believe it was part of the hotel stuff.
