Pros:

The rooms were quite spacious. There are no elevators, so carrying the bags up and down for the elderly people I was with was up to me. It is conveniently located and close to everything in the town. The outlet fried my adapter (using an apple charger that converts voltage). I have travelled often and never had that happen.

The hotel is in a good area, the room was large and clean for its age. The front desk person working there was very rude however. She did not like how I rated my check in experience was negative, because I had to wait 2 hrs to get help, because the front desk was closed due to a party.
The next day when I tried to get tourist information, she confronted me over it and told me my review was unacceptable. She argued with me in front of other hotel guest and even ignored them when I told her to help them first. This is the first time I ever experienced a hotel worker arguing with a customer over something like this. I did not even get help with recommendations in the area. The behavior of this worker was very UNPROFESSIONAL and kept blaming us or our phones for not being able to call the number for the parking when we got there. It is very unprofessional to be yelled at in front of other guests. I felt embarrassed and anxious, and it completely ruined my vacation. I have stayed at many hotels, and I have never been to a hotel with a worker that displays this horrible attitude, arguing with the customer. I would not recommend this hotel due to this worker, so hopefully some remedial training can help.

Spacious, comfortable, central
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable apartment in central location. 5 minute walk to train station and lake front. Check in is at Cella Central hotel and the apartments are in a separate building next door. Warm welcome at reception. Apartment was more spacious than we expected, very clean and well equipped. As it is very central, it is surrounded by restaurants and bars and there was some music until 2 a.m. on a Saturday night. Would stay again.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Location was good, close to the center, supermarket, see. Apartment very spacious; furniture dated, apartment smelled bad. Not cleaned properly - I've rather waited and move in to a clean apartment. Hair everywhere from previous guests; leftovers. In the Hallway bags of trash piled up (from other guests in the building). We only stayed 2 nights and most likely wont return.

Meget centralt hotel i centrum og tæt på søen med både hotelværelser og -lejligheder og tilhørende restaurant. Venligt personale. Pris på morgenmad i den dyre ende.
Parkering i byen er dyrt!

good stay in central Zell am See
Pros:

Location is very perfect for the center of Zell am see. Apartment was very big and clean. The only draw back is there is no lift in the apartments and we were on the 3rd floor.

We sliepen boven een bar waarvan de muziek wel tot 2 uur te horen was. Als je zelf niet vast slaapt of van een feestje houdt, kan dit wel een dingetje zijn. Pas bij vertrek werd er naar gevraagd. Het was dus bekend en ze hebben aan ons dus mazzel gehad.

Huge apartments
Pros:

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait for about 1.5 hours, but the front desk was nice and gave us a free breakfast.

We stayed in the apartments and it was extremely spacious and it was nice to have two large washrooms. The furniture is a bit outdated and we were missing kitchen towels, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Asunto oli tilava ja toimiva. Jouduimme huomauttamaan siivouksesta kuin saavuimme. Asunnon sisustus on hieman kolkko, ei kovinkaan viihtyisä. Sijainti erittäin hyvä, 5-10 min kävely hiihto hissille. Palvelu ystävällistä.
