Overall, a very pleasant stay with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere
Pros:

Fantastic spa area with a calm and relaxing ambiance. Very good breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty options.

Cons:

The pillows could benefit from being replaced, as they felt quite worn and no longer provided the level of comfort expected. Ordering drinks at the sundeck was also unnecessarily difficult, as the QR code did not work. In addition, the outdoor seating area near the entrance felt somewhat uninviting and could be improved to create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastisk hotel til prisen.
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhed med meget imødekommende og serviceminded personale. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet med alt, man kan forstille sig anrettet på en indbydende måde.
Sød lille detalje med slik bar. Desuden lækkert med maxibar med kølige drikkevarer og frisk frugt.

Cons:

Manglede knager på badeværelset.

Pros:

Hotel je na krásném místě, kousek od lanovek a městečka. Personál vždy milý a ochotný.
Jídlo moc dobré a bohatý výběr jak na snídani tak i na večeři.

Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es im gesamten Hotel sehr ruhig war. Der Spa-Bereich mit der tollen Aussicht und den angebotenen Snacks war super. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alle vom Personal waren zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren ultra weich und das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider gibt es an regnerischen Tagen - wenn die Liegen im Außenbereich wegfallen - nicht genügend Liegemöglichkeiten im Spa.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, vor der sich schnell eine Schlange gebildet hat.
Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und nichtsdestotrotz kommen wir gerne wieder!

Sehr gut Service. Shuttle vom Tal ins Hotel war jederzeit möglich.
Super schöner Wellnessbereich, der vollkommen ausreicht.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer / Badezimmer.

Traumhaftes Frühstück, traumhafte Lage, super nette Mitarbeiter, wir haben im PURA zu Abend gegessen und es war wirklich hervorragend - sehr gute Küche.
