1. 雖然是舊透天，但努力維持得很乾淨。
2. 頂樓有免費洗衣機跟曬衣區域。

Cons:

1. 工作人員的態度有時候很差，過於情緒化。
2. 房間沒有對外窗，冬天又限制不能開冷氣只能開電扇，空氣品質很差。
3. 共用浴室有些地方發霉。
4. 床是很薄的墊子，睡覺時有磕到床架的感覺。
