There’s no door or curtains in the shower so the water floods the bathroom during shower. Also a hook to hang the towels would be very helpful. Besides that, hotel was nice & clean

Ich war auf einer Reise und bin sowohl mit dem Flug als auch mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Der Flug war angenehm und pünktlich, das Personal an Bord war freundlich. Auch das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen: alles war sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre war entspannt. Insgesamt war es eine wunderschöne Reise, die ich sehr gerne weiterempfehle. Vielen Dank! Gebucht habe ich alles über Expedia, und es hat perfekt funktioniert.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, would definitely recommend it to others and it’s also in a good location not too far from the main town and a local supermarket

La struttura è nel suo complesso sufficiente, ma non è un hotel 4 stelle, può esser al massimo un b&b 2 stelle: non ci sono servizi, né sui pasti (fanno solo la colazione), ne di altro tipo. Ti scrivono giorni prima per venderti un servizio taxi dall’aeroporto (durata 10minuti) a 30€, senza dirti altro, quando ci sono le navette a tutte le ore a 2€. La colazione è molto basica, ma non scrivono gli ingredienti delle loro proposte, non ti scrivono nemmeno che l’acqua che ti stanno dando è filtrata. La camera è piccola, non come è nelle foto, la tenda della doccia non c'è, ogni doccia si allaga tutto il bagno. Hanno la tendenza di fare le camere nel primo pomeriggio, quindi fino alle 15-16 non puoi tornare in camera. Per il prezzo che offrono si può trovare una sistemazione migliore.

Amazing!!! The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They have the patience to explain everything about Santorini, for example recommendations, where to go, how to get to places, etc. You just ask and they will be more then happy to help.

Nice place, well located, with easy access to main road and walking distance to Fira. Friendly staff, hot breakfast.

Arrived at our hotel after a very stressful commute there. Was handed our key and took to our room on to be greeted by one of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in (i travel and stay in a lot of hotels for work) our beds where two single beds very poorly pushed together with mattresses that were worn down to the springs and incredibly uncomfy to sit on let alone sleep in which gave us back ache every night. We were given a terrible balcony with the view of a road a cheep worn plastic chairs to sit in. The door handle to the balcony was broken, the plug in the bathroom was broken, the coat hangers were broken, the lamp shade was broken, the tv only spoke in greek which was very pointless in a hotel that has a lot of tourists. We asked to change our room. The next room we got was slightly better but had a disabled shower which was utterly useless to anyone thats not in a wheel chair and the shower handle was broken so we had to hold the shower head to wash. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee or mugs, we had a tv again but this time no remote. Breakfast was included but was on the verge of inedible and was served with terrible instant coffee. Both our rooms had dirty sheets with other guests hair in the room with stains on the furniture so wasn't cleaned very well. Overall a terrible stay for a hotel that cost over £700 for 5 nights. I will never stay here again. Deffintaly worth paying a bit more and stay in a hotel that can provide the basics for a good stay.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The hotel is located in a great location. Close to the main bus stop that takes you all around the Island with many shops near by

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and just a short walking distance to the centre.
Quite a few coffee shops / cafes close by.
Breakfast was also great.
Only thing to complain about was the uncomfy mattress on the bed, but it was bearable as the rest of the hotel was great.

The people at the hotel were very helpful. We found the hotel to be at a great spot that allowed us to walk into Fira and the neighbourhood. We were able to have great breakfasts each day. Parking was easy. Thank-you for a great stay.

What an amazing hotel this is. From start to end we have no issues and everyone has been really nice to us! Would recommend

Nice and clean

Bel hotel assez récent avec chambre spacieuse ( attention ne pas choisir côté route) et piscine et petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Bon rapport qualité prix. Manque un peu de charme.

There was no hot water and there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. The beds were not comfy, you could feel the springs. There were no elevators to bring your suitcases up and down floors. There was not much staff present on the facility, especially the pool bar. They also did not offer transport during our stay. There was no wifi in our room at all throughout our entire stay.

Piscine, la propreté bien situé par rapport aux transports pour l’aéroport et Fira et Oia IA.
