Een heerlijk en ontspannend verblijf gehad in hotel Grauer Bär
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bediening in het restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk. Iedere avond kon je kiezen uit een 3-gangenmenu voor de volgende dag. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers en deze werden iedere dag goed schoongemaakt.

Geweldig hotel op top locatie.
Pros:

Het personeel was geweldig. Zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. We hadden half pension geboekt. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en erg goed en datzelfde geldt ook voor het avond eten waar je kunt kiezen uit een keuze menu. Het hotel beschikt over een ruime bar om na het eten ook heerlijk een drankje te nuttigen. De kamers waren voorzien van alle gemakken. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de Gaislachkogel gondel. Daarnaast stopt de skibus letterlijk voor de deur.

Cons:

In de kamer en in het hotel was het erg warm. Het is aan te raden om ook zomerkleding mee te nemen als je het hotel in de winter bezoekt :-).
We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant. Die was best gehorig zeker als het raam open stond.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu na urlopie "narciarskim" już chyba 6 raz i prawdopodobnie będziemy ponownie :)

Doskonała lokalizacja przy wyciągu. Dobra kuchnia.

Cons:

Szkoda, że nie ma basenu.

Pros:

Very good family run hotel! Position is excellent. Stuff is friendly. It’s very clean,beds are extremely comfortable and pillows are great. Interior is very well designed amd main toilet is extremely clean and very well equipped. Garage and ski room are so good. A la cart restaurant is pretty good.

Cons:

Only complaint is about breakfast buffet. Always empty and they don’t fill it up frequently enough. Pastry variety is poor. Only sweet croissants (not plain ones!!!)
Hotel with the grade good as this one MUST HAVE full buffet from beginning till the end of breakfast.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen mit den verschiedenen Gängen war ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Gondel für in die Skiregion war sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

A comfortable and well-located hotel with a great spa, perfect for skiing
Pros:

The hotel was very convenient and well-organized. There was plenty of space in the ski room, and the spa area was relaxing and enjoyable.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the location was excellent for accessing the ski slopes and local amenities.

Cons:

One downside was the lack of a small cold plunge tub, which would have been nice to cool off after spa.

Bardzo udany wyjazd sylwestrowy

Zdecydowanie polecam ten nieduzy hotel i restaurację. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i dbający. Pokoje wygodne , gorąca woda pod prysznicem bez ograniczeń , sauny czynne 16.00-20.00 ( suche , wilgotne, krzesla z podczerwienią) , posilki smaczne i urozmaicone, opcje wegetariańskie, wegańskie produkty bez laktozy ( medal dla szefa kuchni za desery😋). Napoje do śniadan w cenie, napoje do obiadokolacji płatne. W hotelu pokoj zabaw dla dzieci , ski room z szafkami z podgrzewaczami na buty, z wygodnym wejsciem, bar ze stolikami do integracji . Pod hotelem zjazd z toru saneczkowego, przystanek ski busa na gondole Giggijoch, 200 m od hotelu gondola na Gaislachkogl.

Cons:

Warto byloby wyposazyc pokoje w czajnik i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, karafka wody na stole do obiadokolacji tez bylaby dobrym pomyslem.
