Beau sur la forme, mais pour le fond...

Literie et localisation

Cons:

Aucune isolation phonique vers l'extérieur (simple vitrage 3mm).
Peu d'isolation interne à l'etablissement : on se réveille avec la première alarme du voisin.
Dysfonctionnement jacuzzi: pas de jets, il fallait allumer un interrupteur type tableau électrique, sans protection, depuis le jacuzzi lui-même, donc en étant trempé... D'une, d'un point de vue sécurité, c'est inadmissible. De deux, aucune indication de la fonction de cet interrupteur dans la salle de bain.
Piscine en toiture très petite et non chauffée (ça ressemble + à un argument de vente qu'à une offre réelle...).

On ne peut pas pratiquer des prix comme cela au Pérou et compter uniquement sur un rooftop et une piscine de 3m² pour les justifier.
On avait réservé la suite avec jacuzzi pour se faire plaisir avec le confort attendu pour ce type de chambre. Il n'en était rien.

I would stay again. Nice place.

Very comfortable bed and clean.

Cons:

The pool had a layer of skin cells on the top, so I didn’t go in. The night reception person was dazed when I had to leave for an early morning tour. He didn’t understand my questions, and made me feel bad (I had to apologize) for waking him up and needing to unlock the front door so I could get out.

Pros:

La habitaciones son excelentes y la recepción a la llegada al hotel es super buena.
El desayuno fue increíble y variado.
Gran disponibilidad para resolver consultas y gestionar taxis.

El desayuno. Bueno. Rico todo. Quizán más detalle para los vegetarianos e intolerenantes a lactosa. El pan del día anterior deberían calentarlo en horno para que esté más blando.

Cons:

LAS PREGUNTAS QUE REALIZAN A DIARIO: Quiere que aseen la pieza, quiere cambio de sábanas, quiere...?. creo que lo básico es el aseo del baño y cambio de toallas(dificil de secar en el baño) y sacar basura es indispensable.
