Cons:

Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ βρωμικο σαν σπίτι και το δωμάτιο με χάλια σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Καθόλου ευχαριστημένοι.

Το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά φιλικό και έτοιμο να σε βοηθήσει οπότε χρειαζόταν

Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στα επίπεδα που έπρεπε να είναι. Το aircondition υπολειτουργουσε.Δε υπήρχε wifi, καθώς όπως μας είπε ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε χαλάσει

When on the beautiful island of Zakynthos stay at Belvedere Studios.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The property grounds may not be 100% aesthetically pleasing but the view, location, accommodations, and Stephanos the amazing host make this a place to stay whenever you come to this idyllic island. I cannot speak highly enough of Stephanos who went to extraordinary measures to ensure I had a rental car and anything else that I asked for. Should I return this is definitely where I'll stay.

V mieste ubytovania nič.

Cons:

Majiteľ ubytovania Stefanos sa javil priateľsky, ale pozor na neho, je to veľký špekulant, ktorý sa snaží vylákať od turistov peniaze. Za poškodené kartónové dvere, ktoré sa zamykali hajzlovym kľúčom a dali sa otvoriť sponkou pytal od nás 600 eur. Nakoniec súhlasil so 150 eur aj s tým, že nám pošle faktúru za opravu tých vzácnych dverí. Samozrejme faktúru už neposlal a prestal komunikovať
A musím spomenúť aj strašne zlatého mladého psíka, ktorého mal uviazaneho v malej klietke na hrubej a ťažkej reťazi a ktorý za celý týždeň neopustil túto klietku. Bolo nám ho strašne ľúto, povolili sme mu aspoň tesný obojok o 2 dierky,😞

La pulizia, la sala di accoglienza sembra abbandonata, le stanze non sono niente di che, hanno l’essenziale ma sono un po’ antiquate. Il lavandino del bagno non era pulito.

Πολυ ωραίο σπιτι και τ ωραία τοποθεσια!
Pros:

Ο κύριος Στέφανος ειναι ευγενέστατος και πολυ εξυπηρετικος και χαρούμενος άνθρωπος. Τον γνωρίσαμε και από κοντά αλλά και από τα μηνύματα απαντούσε πολυ γρήγορα σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις! Τα σπιτι ήταν μεγαλο και άνετο. Το μπανιο λίγο μικρό αλλά αυτό δε μας ενόχλησε και τόσο. Είχε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και άνετη αυλή που μπορούσες και εξω να κάτσεις. Το σπιτι ειναι μέσα στη φύση για όποιον του αρέσει κάτι τέτοιο και με το αμάξι 15 λεπτα από τη πόλη. Για μας δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αυτό. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία!

Pros:

Lokalita je super také kludnejšie miesto . Je nutné požičanie si auta pláže sú krásne . Gerakas je nádnerný ,Banana taktiež .Dafni beach je taktiež veľmi fajn trochu kľudnejší . To sú pláže neďaleko . My sme precestovali celý ostrov za 11 dní.Požičal nám majiteľ slnečník to je plus pre nich.

Cons:

Ubytovanie bolo špinavé. Umývadlo nevyčistené ešte na ňom bola zubná pasta predchádzajúceho hosťa .My sme si pýtali postieľku a upratovačka nám ju ani nevyčistila . Dala nám ju komplet špinavú. Dúfam ,že ju už vyhodili z práce. Škoda nevyužitého potenciálu apartmanového domu. Neskôr už pochopili ,že štandard nevyzerá takto a začali byť "nápomocný" častejšie menili postelné prádlo aj uteráky. Kuchyňa ale nie je súčastou apartmánu ale je na chodbe využíva ju každý to je veľmi zlé lebo ani čistota ani vybavenie nie sú štandard ale veľmi slabé niečo . Prvýkrát sme boli v Grécku sme zvyknutý na vyšší level alebo aspoň na ten štandard ,ktorým žiaľ ani vybavením a čistotou už vobec nebolo.
