Very nice hotel in a great area

Located in the center area of the city and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff members were very kind.

Nice café for breakfast, coffee, etc

Room was really clean and tidy. Very convenient for old town and night market on Sunday. Really nice coffee shop to back of hotel. Pool is adjacent to a busy road didn't feel tempted to get in. Lots of eating places nearby

Front desk stuff is very unpleasant and during the first night where we stayed we saw a cockroach in the bathroom, when I called them they we’re planning to change it tomorrow which I responded negative, so they changed the room after 1 hour. When I called to complain i got asked ridiculous questions like, where is the bug now? Excuse me? You were not supposed to even ask me that kind of question… I didn’t want to write review but later on i saw they wrote review that i was very bad and creating disturbances? Whaaaat? There was a drunk guy who woke whole place knocking on the door, and we went down to see if our motorcycles where damaged since we rented it… Pretty disappointed with staying and the owner altitude of feedbacks… The swimming pool is fool of chemicals which even got irritation on my skin. My wife even used a towel to cover some stains on bed sheets… Place definitely cannot be called a hotel… Only location is good, nothing else… It’s loud not clean, front desk is closed after 10pm sometimes they go even earlier, No security stuff there… Better to SKIP IT FOR SURE!

The location of this hotel is great. It is also super cheap so its hard to really expect anything fantastic. The pool is nice and the room is very spacious. The problems are if you face the road it can be extremely loud at night. The room also was not cleaned any of the days we stayed there. The beds are also very hard but if you don't mind that then i guess its fine.

Very new looking and clean, pool was very nice, helpful staff. Only thing is they didnt change bedsheets until the last day and the towels were never changed. Good location, close to temples, 7/11 and washing. Room wasn't soundproof so could still hear cars and motorbikes but as long as you're not at the front of the hotel facing the road it isnt too bad.

A very classy unique style hotel and accommodating staffs. I love the wash room because it's wide and clean. Room is well-arranged and comfy to stay for relaxing. When you go out directly into your door, pool is just there ready to dive in. Over-all. Best place to stay. Especially with price. 😍👌

Hotel was clean and priced well for provisions. Location is perfect to pick up a Tuk-Tuk or walk to many sight seeing options. Only negatives were the lack of an elevator and the shutting off of AC when departing the room (given ambient conditions, a timer would have been great to pre-cool the room).

Room is small, no closet or floor space, one room key allowed so when out no electricity, a/c,. Room appeared clean..Good location. We left before staying and found another hotel as we would be staying four nights.

We picked this hotel as the reviews seemed great, mainly the location and cleanliness of the place. While the location was a good one (close to convenient stores, massage parlours and eateries), the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms could be better. Our first room (ground level) was infested with mozzies and covered with dust webs. They moved us to an upper level room after I gave my feedback and it was much better (cleaner and no mozzies). Their daily room service was basic but worked out for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly. There is an attached cafe which serves tasty food and coffee with a nice chill ambience.

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice layout. It is in an absolute perfect area of the Old Town. It has a nice pool that is a little cold but manageable. They have pool towels at the front desk. The rooms had everything you need including always having hot water.
The negatives would be that I had to ask a few times for new bath towels. For some reason, they skipped my room. I stayed for a week. Also, they lacked in pool loungers. They only had four.
There is a self serve laundry mat a 1 minute walk away.

Hôtel un peu impersonnel et où le sourire et accueil étaient un peu manquant. Pas assez chaleureux pour la Thaïlande où nous avons ete accueillis très chaleureusement sur les autres hôtels.

I stay here for 3 days right after I arrived Chiang Mai!
The place is nice and clean, even better than it shows in the photos, staff are helpful, and the location is excellent! Yet, the price is economical! Very appreciate it, will probably come back again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room - while small - was very clean and updated. The pool was brisk but clean and enjoyable! Our only "complaint" was that there wasn't a chair to sit on in our room - only the bed. As we were there for a week it did become uncomfortable. We did appreciate that the staff did bring us a small wooden chair which helped a bit. Loved the neighbourhood and would recommend this property for those staying for a short time!

The place is clean, the price is awesome, but it lacks comfort. We stayed here a week while looking to rent a condo for three months. It could be us, the beds are rock hard, I mean rock hard. The other issue is there is no type of relax chair or seating in the room. So time spent while escaping the intense heat in your room is not at all very comfortable.

That being said a night or two or three nights, while touring the wats, country side or whatever catches your attention - if all you end up doing Is sleeping till your next adventure you’ll be well served in this establishment.

A modern hotel, tastefully furnished, friendly staff, great location and swimming pool.
Only negative is the noise from the road. If you are used to traffic noise fine, if not I would suggest looking for a quieter place.
