Magnifique hôtel, accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

Rarement eu un accueil aussi chaleureux. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la vieille ville de Chiang Mai. L'hôtel a un petit espace pour les enfants, qu'ils ont adoré, un rooftop sympa, c'est pas la vue la plus dingue mais elle offre un magnifique coucher de soleil et une piscine au frais.

Ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps

Perfect base for exploring Chiangmai!
Pros:

It was decorated to create a very calm serene atmosphere and very clean. It had a lovely pool which felt like being at a spa and we also loved the roof terrace which was perfect to watch the sun go down. The staff were attentive but not intrusive .

Cons:

There isn’t anything we didn’t like it was a really great place and we loved it!

Bijzonder leuk hotel - zeer goed gelegen in de oude stad. Aanrader !
Pros:

De ligging en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Vooral de manager RADA is fantastisch. Zij is dermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat je u direct op je gemak voelt. Je kan werkelijk alles aan haar vragen en ze zal je altijd maximaal proberen te helpen.

Cons:

Alles was ok... Het ontbijt is geen buffet maar een vaste menu voor iedereen wordt opgediend.

Tolle Lage mit sehr viel Kunden Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Wirklich alles fussläufig erreichbar. Museum und Tempel um Nahe des Hotel und in nur wenigen Fuß Minuten erreichbar.
Wir haben Ausflüge außerhalb unternommen zb Wasserfälle oder Kochkurs.

Hotel:
Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind überdurchschnittlich sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit. Sie beraten gerne und auch sehr gut für Aktivitäten in der Stadt.
Ein Pluspunkt ist auch der kostenlose Fahrrad Verleih.
Auch die kostenlose Möglichkeit sich einen sehr guten Cappuccino morgen sich holen zu dürfen empfinden wir sehr lobenswert und soll in die positive Bewertung einfließen

das Hotel hat sehr gute Matratzen und die
Sauberkeit der Hotel Zimmer ist sehr gut.

Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥰

Cons:

Das Buchungssystem für die Hotelzimmers ist nicht immer ganz nachvollziehbar und transparent.
Das gibt von unserer Seite einen Minuspunkt.
Und muss nicht weiter erläutert werden.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement au centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.
Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés.
L'accueil fut très sympathique avec Rada qui nous a donné plein de conseils sur la ville et sur les différentes excursions.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Les moins: une piscine plus décorative qu'autre chose: froide car toujours à l'ombre. Et l'hôtel est à côté d'une école donc beaucoup de bruit quand ils sont dehors.
