Pros:

とてもお洒落な雰囲気で清潔、最高に居心地のよいホテルでした。朝食も素晴らしかったです！スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで素敵な方ばかりで、親切に声をかけてくださって嬉しかったです。特に受付のマダムやDebbyさんとお話しするのがとても楽しかったです！また会いにいきます！

A wonderful week with lovely breakfasts, terrific service and magnificent view
Pros:

Be sure to get the nicest room with the bathtub. It costs a bit more but is worth it. Also wonderful breakfasts and lovely personal service. Oh also wonderful rooftop area for relaxing and views.

Sfeer hotel en ideale ligging
Pros:

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamer was niet heel groot, maar wel modern, licht en vooral erg schoon. Alles was netjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Het personeel verdient een extra compliment: iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Het hotel heeft een warme, ontspannen sfeer en voelt echt als een kleine oase midden in de drukke stad. Ook het zwembad is sfeervol aangelegd. Het is niet groot, maar juist daardoor heerlijk om even af te koelen en tot rust te komen.
De ligging is ideaal. De Sunday Market en de foodmarkt in het oude stadscentrum liggen op loopafstand, terwijl je met een Grab ook binnen no-time in het nieuwe gedeelte van Chiang Mai bent.
Het absolute hoogtepunt was het ontbijt. Elke ochtend werden we verrast met een prachtig verzorgd 4- tot 5-gangenontbijt. Elk gerecht was mooi opgemaakt en ontzettend lekker – echt een feestje om de dag mee te beginnen.
We zaten hier zo fijn dat we ons verblijf zelfs met een paar dagen hebben verlengd. Dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg! Als we ooit teruggaan naar Chiang Mai, boeken we zonder twijfel weer dit hotel.

Location was perfect, the bed was good

Cons:

Housekeeping went throught luggage, set menus for breakfast felt uncomfortable did not enjoy 5 days 1 piece of bacon... owner was not pleasant to talk with. Did not feel welcome at all!

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful to us during our stay.
There was a large carpark just in front of the hotel, which was super convenient as we were renting a car during our trip.
The decoration of the room was rather special, having a distinct Thai feel, which made this part of the trip truly memorable

Dans l’ensemble j’ai passé un bon séjour

Son emplacement en plein centre historique, personnel courtois et à l’écoute et donne beaucoup d’informations sur la ville

Cons:

Petit déjeuner trop juste pour moi je ne le prenais même plus en fin de séjour, j’avais trouvé une boulangerie française à proximité qui répondait plus à ma culture du petit déjeuner, attention ! École à côté, assez bruyant dés le matin, mauvais pour les lève tard

Can't wait to come back!
Pros:

Rada and Jay were so helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent recommendations for what to see, where to eat, shop and more. The staff was very accommodating to my wife's special dietary concerns. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, breakfast was fresh and delicious each day.
