Pros:

Frig and microwave were handy. Bedclothes were crisp and clean and warm. Easy on and off main road with easy free parking.

Pros:

We have stayed at quite a few chain hotels like this one while on long road trips and this one was by far the best we have experienced. Friendly, clean, quiet, updated rooms and bathrooms, good pool, and felt very safe.

Staff was great bar was great rooms were nice and comfortable

Cons:

Restaurant wasn’t open either of the two nights we stayed which wasn’t a huge deal but we were hoping to eat there the second night we just went to the bar instead

Perfect hotel for your trip to Carlsbad Caverns. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location is perfect for a trip to Carlsbad Caverns! It’s on the southwest side of Carlsbad so you miss all the stoplights and traffic of town. The hotel looks new and was very clean. Beds were so comfortable. The staff were all so nice, professional, and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel! We wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Very spacious King Studio.
Pros:

We had a King Studio which was very spacious. There is a kitchen, living room area, bed and separate bathroom.
There were a few small issues but that was nicely attended by the staff.
For example, the bathroom sliding door wouldn't close because it was hanging crooked. That's a pitty for a relatively new hotel, but we understand they're going to do renovations.
We had dinner at the hotel, nothing fancy but okay. Decor at the restaurant area is a bit sober.
Breakfast was nice. But the point to improve is the plastic cutlery at breakfast! They are so thin and bendable, you can't really use them properly. It didn't fit the appear of the hotel. Hopefully they can upgrade this.
We could recommend it. Especially for the big rooms.
