Quiet luxury
Pros:

It was a hidden gem. Beautiful courtyard and pool, spacious and modern room. Super accommodating and friendly staff.

Pros:

Everything was just amazing: the hotel infrastructure itself, the members of staff super friendly, the à la carte breakfast: DELICIOUS!!! Free flow drinks during the day, cool activities (we tried ice bathing) We felt like in a 5 star hotel and can highly recommend 😊!

Pros:

the beautiful style of the hotel and room, which is a beautiful mix between traditional and Scandi. the very relaxing pool, the overall vibe, and the great a-la-carte breakfast with no limit to the number of dishes ordered. great location to the old city and also the hip area to the east of the old city

Cons:

there was no complimentary body lotion available in the bathroom, which for a premiu hotel focused on relaxation, is a slight let down.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of the chaos, though noise at night can be an issue

Nice small hotel in the middle of the city

Cons:

A bit noisy at times. We stayed on the second floor (suite with bath, pool view) and could hear people at the pool, as well as the upstairs neighbors footsteps and furniture being moved were noticeable, particularly at night. The hotel provides earplugs, which was appreciated.

Overpriced, poor breakfast and noisy
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful and we complained of the noise after the first night and they staff were great at moving us to another quiter room

Cons:

Noisy, expensive, water cold in evenings, hotel entrance and exit was right onto a busy main road with no pavement. Swimming pool only had sun for 1.5 hours a day

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr ästhetisch, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön. Es gibt täglich neues Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Zentrale Lage und nah am Flughafen gelegen (15 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird a la Carte serviert. Es gibt zwei Karten, die sich abwechseln. Auf einer Karte gibt es leider wenig vegetarische Optionen. Auf Nachfrage, können die Gerichte aber angepasst werden.

We highly recommend this lovely well run and maintained boutique hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely everything my boyfriend and I needed, were met from day 1 to day 7. The first time we stepped into their lobby, we were greeted by the heartiest welcome smiles from Charlie and Gam. All of the front desk greeters were very happy to assist us every time we needed help. Tukta, Tippy, Matt, Tan and Ton were these greeters.
Breakfast, served efficiently with smiles and willingness to serve, were all professionally made by Nan and Oomim, who were obviously well trained by the most pleasant kitchen head staff, Bell.
Our room was always perfectly cleaned and everything replenished with fresh supplies each day. Thanks to Porn.
The General Manager, Jimmy, was outstanding. Jimmy is obviously a great mentor to all his staff and well respected.
The last two days before our departure, Jimmy had recruited a couple of young adult very talented musicians to perform for the guests pre dinner hours. It was a very welcoming experience. Jimmy is a treasure to this boutique resort.
The property felt like a calm sanctuary from the hustle and bustling atmosphere of the busy streets of Chiang Mai.
The property itself, although smaller than a resort, was designed to feel like a resort. Everything was well maintained.
I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.
