The location is excellent! The breakfast was nice in the restaurant on the street level. The front desk person met us at the MP ticket office right after we arrived by train to escort us to the hotel, which was unplanned and unexpected, but nice. She was also very nice to insist us having breakfast despite us having missed our scheduled breakfast time.
Had this place been rated 1 or 2 stars, I wouldn’t have been so disappointed. This hotel is NOT appropriately rated at 3 stars. The room was TINY. The window for the room looks to a narrow dark interior hallway. There’s no outside light for the room, nor could you leave your curtain open because others could walk by and look in. It’s all very close quarters. There is no where to put a suitcase/backpack in the room. We stored things under the bed just to be able to walk in/out and to the bathroom. Under the bed was dusty, so our luggage gathered more dust every time we pulled it in/out. The bathroom is bad. Tiny, NO ventilation! It was full of condensation our whole stay because there was no where for the moisture to go. So the towel stayed damp the entire 2 night stay. Small sink with no where to put anything. The first night, there was no hot water in the shower and literally only a dribble of water. It was impossible to shower. We were told the problem resulted from recent storm issues, which is probably valid. But it’s still a testament to how poor the facility is. The lobby is not ground level - up 1 level. Dark, wierd. The stairs are steep (no elevator). The halls to the rooms are dark, dank and depressing. A fire alarm chirped all night, both nights. We reported it a couple times and they seemed to not really understand that the battery needed to be replaced. So they just took the battery out…but then it continued to chirp…right outside our window. Another staff member lives in the room across the hall but acted like the chirping outside our window, in our tiny room, was no big deal.

Un poco de ruido por la noche, pero luego uno se duerme igual del cansancio
The staff were nice and the bed was comfy. I had a great view of the mountains.
The facilities were run down. The shower was clogged and the shower curtain old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly. The sounds of people in the rooms around and above were loud.
La ubicación, está muy central, la cama es grande, tienen para ofrecerte secador de pelo. Muy amable quien está a cargo y te recibe, nos fue a buscar a la estación de tren cuando llegamos y nos ayudó con las maletas. También ella estaba disponible en todo momento por whatsapp, lo que se agradece. La habitación cuenta con agua caliente para la ducha. Buen aseo de la habitación y la cama estaba muy bien hecha, ambos días.
Solamente que habían pelos en la ducha.

Bien ubicado, está en una calle movida de Cusco, pero en la noche no se sintió el ruido tan tarde. Nos cuidaron las mochilas después del check out porque nuestro tren salía en la tarde.
El baño tenía olor a humedad. De resto estaba bien
El lugar limpio y el personal amable, el agua caliente siempre funcionó, el desayuno estuvo muy rico, me ayudaron a comprar mis pasajes de bus para subir a MAPI y me recibieron en la estación. Fue una estadia agradable, volvería, esta ubicado muy cerca a la estacion de tren y bus por lo que pude movilizarme rápido y facil. Buena relación calidad precio.
Se demoraron en emitir mi boleta electronica, solo eso.

オーナーのGinaさんがめちゃくちゃ頼りになる。駅まで迎えにきてくれるだけでなく、マチュピチュへの入山パスやバスチケットの確保、ペルーレイルの時間変更など、すべてに親身に案内して付き合ってくれて、現地で起きたトラブルへの対処にも、私の英語を、現地の人にスペイン語で通訳して助けてくれました。

特にないですが、強いて言うなら部屋にコンセントの数が少ないので、泊まる人はマルチタップを持参することを推奨します。
La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.
Quedaba muy cerca del bus a Machu Picchu y el staff fue muy amable en solucionar los problemas.
Olía a humedad, no había presión de agua caliente, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría.
The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location is perfect - the main footpath. The place is nice and clean. The restaurant has delicious food. Perfect place to stay.
Las habitaciones matrimoniales tenían buena vista hacia la montaña, el desayuno fue agradable (Pan tostado, mermelada / mantequilla, café, jugo, huevos revueltos). Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de la estación de buses hacia Machupicchu y la estación de tren. Recomendado.

It's in a very convenient location and the people are very nice. The unique thing is the rooms have windows that open to the hallway, but our room didn't have a window to outside. Unfortunately, the curtains were sheer so the hallway light shone in our room all night making it hard to sleep. Also there was no airflow so it was hot, sticky and musty inside.
