The room was very good. The breakfast was also very good . The staff were very helpful .

Cons:

Very steep, spiral staircase . I couldn't have reached my second floor room if a young and strong gentleman didn't help me with my heavy suitcase , both during check in and check out .

Price/ performance hotel
Pros:

Room was clean but the towel had a weird smell. Bathroom is old and even the shower handle drops down. The hotel is old which is ok but the rooms/bathrooms must be renovated. There’s a smell in the hallway. Check out time should be 11 instead of 10.

Cons:

The employees are sweet. I was at breakfast room 10 minutes before finishing. She let me stay 15 minutes past 10. The selections for breakfast were not many but it was ok for a quick breakfast.

Für den bezahlten Preis (Hauptstadt Bern in der Nähe) eine ausgezeichnete Qualität.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof.
Sehr grosser Parkplatz.
Einfach zu finden.
Restaurant bis 21h00 im Erdgeschoss.
Am Wochenende ruhige Lage.
Tageslichtbadezimmer.
Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut inklusive Service für die Heissgetränke.

Cons:

Check-in nur bis 22h00 möglich.
Altbau und daher dementsprechend enge Verhältnisse.
Altbau und daher recht umständlich die Fensterläden zu öffnen/schliessen.
Umständliches System, falls man nachts das Hotel verlassen möchte.

Schöner Gasthof mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. WLAN lief schnell und stabil. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt nebenan war sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, für jeden etwas dabei. Insgesamt bietet die Unterkunft ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
