Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist außerhalb, mitten in der Natur. Man kann direkt los wandern. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich gut und abwechslungsreich. Die derzeitigen Bauarbeiten vor dem Haus, waren nicht besonders störend. Der Wellnessbereich besteht im Moment aus einem Whirlpool und Sauna. Dieser Bereich braucht auch eine Renovierung. Das wird sicherlich auch erneuert wie der Rest. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten ein 4- Bett-Zimmer. Räumlich hatten wir viel Platz. Das war angenehm.

Cons:

Das sind nur konstruktive Hinweise von mir. Ich war trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Mir fehlte auf dem Zimmer oder an der Rezeption eine Infomappe mit den Essenszeiten, der Pin für die Tür wenn man nach 22 Uhr ins Hotel kommt. Das hätte ich gern schriftlich gehabt zum nachlesen. Bei der Ankunft sind es ja sehr viele Infos die man bekommt, da vergisst man mal was wieder. Mehr Informationen zum Bowling, das Massage Angebot und den Preisen. Die Speisekarte für das Menü am Abend hätte auch ausliegen können. Hinweise zu Ausflugszielen oder Wanderwege. Sowas eben. Wir hatten ein 4- Bett-Zimmer, die Schränke waren zu wenig. Im oberen Zimmer wäre auch ein Kleiderschrank gut gewesen.

Krásné místo v Místě. Pokoj pěkný, personál super. Večeře i snídaně skvělá.

Bohužel bazén a okolí v rekonstrukci, ale bude to moc pěkný.

Lage am Waldesrand. Gute Erreichbarkeit. Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Cons:

Bauarbeiten ohne Hinweise. Wellnessbereich wird umgebaut. Keinen Ruheraum an der Sauna. Keine Umkleidemöglichkeit. Zimmer im Bereich des Treppenhauses sehr hellhörig.

Oáza klidu Krušných hor - až bude zrekonstruováno, tak to bude top
Pros:

- Bohatá snídaně
- Absolutně top lokalita pro výlety do okolí, hlavně Krušných hor.
- Klidné místo s možností odpočinku, až bude dokončen i bazén a zrekonstruováno spa, tak to bude perfektní.
- Oceňujeme pro zákaznický přístup skupiny Pytloun.
- Super je i možnost objednat si masáž přímo na hotelu.

Cons:

- Obdrželi jsme jiný pokoj než jsme si objednali, což sebou neslo několik komplikací - nakonec ale vyřešeno k naší spokojenosti prostřednictvím zákaznického servisu skupiny Pytloun. Moc si toho vážíme.
- Pro hosty, co objednávají přes Booking by bylo dobré rovnou v uvítací zprávě napsat, že bazén je mimo provoz a wellness v podmínkách rekonstrukce.
- Doporučujeme přidat výraznější venkovní ceduli recepce tudy po dobu rekonstrukce.
- Je třeba počítat s tím, že kapacita parkovacích míst u hotelu je značně omezená, zaparkovat se ale dá i v ulici pod hotelem, což byl náš případ.
- Je dobře, že má hotel vlastní restauraci Rendlík, vyzkoušeli jsme a za nás je to spíše nouzovka poměr cena/kvalita úplně nenaplnil očekávání a raději doporučujeme zajet se najíst do Klášterce nad Ohří nebo Chomutova. Nabízené menu polopenze nám také nepřipadalo nějak zvlášť výhodné na základě naší zkušenosti z restaurace.
