Nevyužitý potenciál
Pros:

Poloha hotelu je krásná, kdyby vše fungovalo, měl by i zajímavé vybavení.
UPDATE : Ze sítě se mi nakonec ozvali, nabídli kompenzaci, kterou jsem přijala. Hotel přebírá nová paní vedoucí - těšíme se na změny a třeba kompenzaci uplatníme právě zde, abychom mohli zlepšit zážitky z tohoto jinak hezkého místa a třeba i upravit hodnocení. Nebála bych se tomu dát šanci.

Cons:

Krátce před příjezdem jsme se dozvěděli o uzavřeném bazénu, přičemž informace o rekonstrukci restaurace či nefunkčním bowlingu nikde uvedené nebyly.
Snídaně i večeře probíhaly v nepříjemném prostředí stavby a velkým problémem byl i výskyt mravenců přímo u jídla.
Zklamala nás také kvalita restaurace, která neodpovídala úrovni 4★ hotelu – jídla byla suchá a bez chuti.
Wellness působilo zanedbaně, ve sprchách byla plíseň a u sauny i vířivky stála ledová voda.
Některé matrace byly navíc velmi proleželé.
Mrzí nás i přístup po odjezdu, kdy nám byl slíben kontakt od manažerky hotelu, který nikdy nepřišel. O to víc nás situace mrzí, protože s jinými hotely sítě Pytloun máme naopak velmi dobré zkušenosti.

Wasserschaden, wir hatten kein Wasser , es wurde ins vorher auch nicht bescheid gegeben
Wellness Bereich gesperrt oder gar nicht vorhanden auch keine Info vorab
Große Baustelle mit Baggerarbeiten für neuen Pool
Sehr laut , auch keine Info vorab
Kaution von 80 Euro habe ich noch in meinem Hotel bezahlen müssen, hoffe bekommen es auch zurück
Es war überall dreckig , verschmutzt und vieles kaputt
Sind nach 1 Nacht wieder abgereist

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war wegen Umbau gesperrt, eine Nachricht wäre super gewesen. Das ganze Hotel bräuchte mal ne Renovierung, Fliesen im Bad def, Ausstattung alt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war auch nicht die beste, kann nicht verstehen wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen kann.

Kompletter Reinfall, nie wieder!

Das Frühstück

Cons:

Spabereich sollte geschlossen werden. Verletzungsgefahr besteht. In meinen Augen Grob fahrlässig. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und wir konnten dadurch nicht wirklich schlafen. Die Heizung war nicht entlüftet und hat sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Zudem war das Zimmer überhaupt nicht eingerichtet und es gab nur ein paar Möbel, ansonsten ein winziges Fenster und kahle Wände.
