Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir können wirklich nur Positives sagen. Alles war sehr sauber, das gesamte Team war freundlich und man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön – ruhig, mitten im Grünen und ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch, dass es keine Massenabfertigung ist, sondern alles sehr persönlich wirkt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Umístění vedle zříceniny. Fajn masáž. V okolí spousta pěších výletů.

Cons:

Když člověk jede do wellness hotelu tak očekává že bude mít minimálně bazén. Tady je jen velká díra v zemi a celé okolí venku je rozkopané. Připadali jsme si jako na staveništi. Namísto bazénu nás poslali do nedaleké Kadaně, že nám proplatí vstupné. Jídlo se nedalo jíst takže jsme odjeli o den dříve. Byli jsme velice zklamání protože takhle jsme si wellness víkend nepředstavovali. Celý hotel mi připadal jako šitý horkou jehlou nebo že došly finanční prostředky. Sprchový kout v pokoji byl tak malý že jsem se v něm sotva otočil přitom místa bylo spoustu na pohodlný 90x90 cm.

Cons:

Der var ombygning og vi kunne ikke bruge wellness området. Det var virkelig dårligt når vi havde valgt et wellness hotel som var meget dyrt. Personalet var sure og vendte øjne, der var beskidt og om aftenen kunne man ikke sidde udenfor pga kæmpe store hvepse.

jedyny plus w tym hotelu to dobre jedzenie i mili kelnerzy.

W pokojach zamalowany grzyb stare obleśne wykładziny na podłodze, strefa SPA o ile można to nazwać SPA to jakuzzi gdzie na podłodze brakowało kafelek, jedna sauna nie działałająca, a basen, który widnieje na ich stronie to tylko wizualizacja ogólnie dopiero jest wykopana na zewnątrz dziura. Oszustwo!! Na balkonie syf, w pokojach śmierdzi jakimś środkiem pryskanym przed przyjazdem gości, masakra!!

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Das grosse Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut.

Im zimmer war es viel zu warm es hat ne Klimaanlage gefehlt. Und der Pool der da sein sollte war nicht mehr da und wurde mit keinen wort gesagt auch bei Ankunft nicht das der zur zeit nicht zur Verfügung steht. Wir hatten uns für dieses hotel eigentlich genau wegen den pool ausgewählt gehabt. Und dann gab es nicht mal einen.

Cons:

Det fanns inte pool som det stod att det skulle finnas när jag bokade. Det visade sig att de renoverade hela poolområdet och att de hade börjat med det en vecka innan vi kom.
Det hade vi inte fått någon information om.
Det var 30-35 grader varmt när vi var där och det fanns ingen AC eller fläkt!
Varma rum.
Dålig frukost.
