Pros:

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed! We loved it a lot. The hot spring is amazing, staff is super friendly and you can choose your own pillow from a good range of options.
Room size was also pretty good. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!

Cons:

The only thing they could improve is the breakfast.. although it was good, it was very full, sometimes it was difficult to get certain items because there were so many people. Still very much worth the price, but I've experienced other hotels in Japan that do breakfast in shifts (they ask you the night before what time slot you would like), which helps with manage the crowds. Regardless of this small feedback point, I would still stay here again!

大満足だけど…ちょっとだけ…
Pros:

朝食がとても美味しかったです。
ウェルカムバーもいただきました。
このクオリティで宿泊料金はとてもリーズナブルで大満足でした。

Cons:

エレベーターの直ぐ前の部屋だったので人々の騒音やエレベーターの稼働する音がとても気になりました。
