Fantastic location, staff and cleaning were great
Pros:

Loved how closse we were to open market , great restaurants close. Pool is great temp and inviting. Service staff was fantastic. A little more English would help.

Cons:

I was sure I booked a 1 bedroom not a studio. Nothing in the room coffe pot friddge etc. They did let us use their fridge so it worked out well.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating...the initial room had an issue with the water in the bathroom...they provided me with a second room which was an upgrade.

Cons:

Unfortunately...water here in Bucerías for some is at a premium. Many require water deliveries daily..I've stayed at this hotel a few times..and all three times, they have sent me a message later in the evening saying they are experiencing water issues and that it will be restored in the morning. The infrastructure here hasn't kept up-to-date with the demand and it is unfortunate that the hotel cannot keep up with their own water supply...either with a cistern or other means of storage.

We have enjoyed staying here before 7yrs ago and we weren’t disappointed this time either! Really love the space and loc
Pros:

It is central to lots of eating options and also a 5 min walk to the beach!
It is a small boutique hotel so you never feel it’s among too many people. Private pool for the hotel guests with loungers and tables with umbrellas to sit at.

Cons:

Some of the rooms could use some updating in the bathroom/shower situation and also the kitchen.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, and the pool area was lovely. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the golden zone.

Cons:

The junior suite was very dated. The fridge was full of rust, the kitchen and furnishings were very old, and the tv was the size of a computer screen. I would not recommend staying for any length of time.

Overall, excellent location to explore beautiful Bucerias, but there is room for improvement to make it a 10.
Pros:

Location was excellent! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Centro etc. Lovely pool with tables, chairs, loungers to relax. Unit 15 had nice patio with furniture & view of and easy access to pool which was a huge plus. Great housekeeping staff kept room nice and clean daily. Was handy to have refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom is very small and could use some simple updates to make it attractive, I.e. replace old sink cabinet, repaint walls AND remove paint splatters off the tile floor, install soap/shampoo holders and safety bar in shower. No screens on sliding glass door so can’t get any FRESH air without letting mosquitos in, therefore there was a smell of mold present, which we noted that our clothes in the suitcase absorbed the smell after we got home. Mexican artwork on the interior walls would really make the room more attractive, and add a couple chairs inside (there were none).

Met all our needs for this visit to Bucerias.
Pros:

Great location near restaurants, speciality stores, small well stocked grocery stores and the beach.

Cons:

The kitchen could have included a better assortment of plates, bowls, wine glasses, silverware and pots and pans.

I think with the new addition of the bar and restaurant, the very welcoming staff, the lovely pool area and the location
Pros:

The pool area is lovely and the very new bar and its staff were excellent

Cons:

The rooms, particularly the bathrooms were very tired and in need of updating. When we booked it advertised a roof terrace but this was closed. The key to our room was very temperamental and on one occasion we, nor the reception staff could get into the room!
