Un bon moment de détente en famille.
Pros:

Personnel et propriétaire absolument serviables, aimables, de bonne volonté et sachant ce que représente l’accueil.

Cons:

Un petit souci d’eau chaude qui restait 2 minutes avant de s’en aller mais je suppose que c’était temporaire et le reste des installations compensait.

Very nice domain with swimming pool and garden. Spacious rooms

Cons:

We had dinner (there are no restaurants or bars within a walkable distance). Suggestions were pizza or lasagna, the pizza was a frozen pizza where extra cheese was added. My husband asked jamon, we ordered a couple of hours upfront but at the end they said it was not available. Lasagna was ok but not sure it was freshly made. We were the only guests eaten in the hotel so not much atmosphere.
There was also a lady singing at a fireplace but not clear if we could join or not (we went looking but were not invited to sit down).
Very nice domain with a lot of potential but it was not used at its full strength.

Un remanso de paz, con un bello jardín y bonita decoración.
Pros:

El jardín, la dedicación y amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, la posibilidad de llevar o pedir comida y que te la sirvan en el restaurante, la decoración, el porche, el spa, la piscina...un remanso de paz bien comunicado.

Cons:

quizás, un poco más de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, por decir algo.

La verdad que me lleve una gran sorpresa , lo que viene en las fotos no corresponde para nada cuando llegas al hotel, mi experiencia ha sido muy mala , después de llegar de un viaje me voy a.duchar y no sale agua , esperando 1h a que lo arreglen y según me indican los depósitos están vacíos porque ha habido una avería, se lo reclamo al propietario y me dice q ya esta arreglado y que sale agua, cuando no llegaba la presión a las duchas según nos.comunico el de mantenimiento. Es decir no volvería más a ese hotel . Encima el propietario negando q no existe ningún problema q es q ha habido una avería pero ya esta solucionado cuando salía un hilo de agua . IMPOSIBLE DUCHARSE EN ESAS CONDICIONES.

Cons:

No me gustó nada . El de mantenimiento el hombre muy educado pero el propietario habiendo el problema que había solo miraba no perder el dinero . Creo q tiene q tener mas atención hacia sus clientes. Nos tuvimos q marchar del hotel debido a que un servicio como el agua no estaba disponible.

It was a really good stay. We were well taken care of and really appreciate the support we got from the owner Eduardo I’
Pros:

It felt safe. The staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was nice. It was great they had the option of a massage which we did take them up on. It was really kind of them to make us a takeout breakfast when we started really early in the morning to go birdwatching and it was really good of them to lay on all the excursions that we did during the time we were there.

Cons:

You needed a car to go anywhere and the lack of a headboard on the bed

Cosy house with good location
Pros:

Location was great since to visit Salento, cocora valley and also good to leave early to Medellin the next day. Staff were really nice helping us to get a driver.

Cons:

For this hotel you need to have a car or a driver just as a Watch out.

Pros:

Eduardo était très accueillant. Il y a un grand espace dans le jardin pour que les enfants jouent au ballon ainsi qu'une structure de jeux en bois. La piscine et le spa étaient très agréables. Le petit déjeuner aussi. Nous avons été surclassés en suite présidentielle à notre arrivée, ce qui était super.

Cons:

Devoir envoyer un message pour que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir le portail quand nous sortions diner. Nous avons parfois attendu 5/10 min.
