Just adequate and a little disappointing.
Pros:

The location was excellent in a quiet spot close to the old town.

Cons:

No food or alcohol was allowed in the hotel or consumed in the hotel. Had I known this I would not have booked the hotel. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Perfect choice
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, with a perfect location. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Nejra and Sanela from the reception team for being so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They really added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

If I visit Mostar again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Postelje so zelo udobne. Dopoldansko osebje je bilo krasno. Lokacija in možnost parkiranja pred hotelom so super.

Cons:

Blazine na posteljai so izjemno tanke in slabe. Kava pri zajtrku ni dobra, mize in stoli v zajtrkovalnici pa so tako stisnjeni, da je prehod med njimi prkatično nemogoč. Če na zajtrku ni veliko ljudi to sicer ni noben problem, če pa je zasedena večina miz, se nekdo z ritjo ves čas naslanja na tvojo mizo. Ni pa to nič tako katastrofalnega da bi pokvarilo bivanje vhotelu. Vseeno je hotel ok in bi se vanj vrnila.

Pros:

Prijazno osebje, urejene in čiste sobe, odličen raznolik zajtrk.
Lokacija v starem mestnem jedru, v bližini znamenitega starega mosta (cca. 200m).
Parkirišče pred hotelom, vožnja do njega pa delno poteka po peš coni, kar pa je dovoljeno. Spa nismo koristili, tako da ga ne moremo ocenit. Klima je odlično delovala. Zagotovo se še vrnemo.

Good for a short stay Mostar.
Pros:

The pool was refreshing but small and the sauna was nice. Breakfast was a European type with juice, coffee cereal, meats, fruit, toast and scrambled eggs. Location was close to mini markets and restaurants and the old town.

Cons:

Beds were really firm, and the TV was difficult to use. Limited tea and coffee was provided in rooms and no alcohol was allowed.

A great find ..
Pros:

Amazing place..staff were extremely helpful with taxis..any other information we needed too..
The pool was a bonus. The fact that it was away from the bars and music was great for me as a hijabi..
Plus halal food.
Would definitely recommend
