If I could give this hotel 11 out of 10, I absolutely would – an outstanding city hotel with incredible staff.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Thessaloniki. The staff were exceptional – extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was their honesty and professionalism. I accidentally left something valuable in the safe in my room (I wasn’t even sure whether it was my MacBook or some jewelry such as a small gold earring or bracelet). The hotel carefully kept everything safe and, despite a long process to arrange it, they made sure it was returned to me securely, intact, and exactly as it was. Their level of care and integrity was truly remarkable.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. The bed that i orderd was king size but in reality it was really very small

La camera è il bagno un po piccoli, l'insonorizzazione interna e esterna inesistente! Si consigliano tappi e cuffie se si vuole riposare.
