Pros:

this hotel has 5 floor and 6 room, near Subway (walk 1 min), Memorize Brownie (walk around 2min) and Warmup cafe (walk around 5 min) new hotel and facility, the room not good at soundproof can here the sound outside the room and the sound from below level.
