Nice staff, and although reasonably priced, air conditioning not working properly wasn't good.
Pros:

The staff, a chap, was really kind and friendly. And good with breakfast included.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't actually cool down the air, it just blew it around, so the room didn't actually get cool.
The shower didn't drain properly so had to stop it often so it didn't overflow. The shower door didn't actually close and the sink plug often got stuck so I couldn't use the sink until it drained.

Estadía modesta, con personal muy amable
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, está cerca de todo, sin estar completamente dentro de la fiesta. Las instalaciones están bien. El personal es el que es súper amable, el primer día en cuanto llegue empecé a batallar con la televisión y fueron a intentar arreglar el problema y rápidamente mejor me cambiaron de habitación. Pero el personal desde las personas de recepción, quien me ayudó a subir la maleta, el de mantenimiento que fue a ayudarme con la televisión, las personas de limpieza, todos muy amables. Vi que varios se quejaban del ruido, yo la verdad no tuve problema con eso, me tocó en habitación que no daba a la calle y el ruido que se llegaba a escuchar era mínimo.

Cons:

Creo que sí hay cosas que podrían mejorar, como que la regadera tiraba agua estando la llave cerrada, al bañarme tenía que poner la toalla afuera de la puerta de la regadera porque no está bien el desnivel de la regadera para que todo se vaya por la coladera y se termina saliendo por abajo de la puerta. Hay un pequeño mal olor en las habitaciones, no es demasiado, pero no supe si venía de las coladeras porque se intensificaba al bañarme. Creo que las instalaciones pudieran modernizarse un poco empezando por un elevador. Pero en general es modesto y limpio.

La Ubicación, es buena, pero no se puede dormir, el ruido de la calle se escucha muchisimo en las habitaciones.

Cons:

La toalla rotas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el desayuno es lo mismo todos días, no hay variedad, artículos de aseo son escaso(jabón, papel higiénico, shampoo) las maniguetas del lavamanos se caen

No tenía ascensor, solo me quedé 01 noche, en el momento me quisieron enviar a otro hotel a 01 cuadra, pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado así que tuve que volver al cuarto piso, por problemas de salud de mi esposa me tuve que cambiar de hotel porque no podía subir las escaleras

Hotel familiar, limpio y seguro

Su ubicación esta perfecta, queda todo a la mano, la atención de todo el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Que no tiene elevador, me quede en el último piso y después de salir a conocer la ciudad llegamos cansados para subir tantos escalones.
