Cons:

El hotel no tenía elevador, deficiente desayuno, la habitación posterior mucho ruido de equipo no se si era una bomba de agua ( pese a que lo reporté no se hizo nada al respecto) era imposible dormir, no se proporciona artículos de aseo ( solo una barra de jabon de un uso) , telelevisor no llegan a 20 canales y ninguno es internacional, el aire acondicionado se dañó el último día.

La ubicacion es buena
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y te facilitan lo que pides, solicitamos el cambio de habitacion ya que las que nos habian dado estaba pegada a la calle y era mucho el ruido que no pudimos dormir pero al dia siguiente lo comentamos en recepcion y nos cambiaron de habitacion sin problema.

Cons:

No proporcionan jabon ni shampoo en el baño, las camas y almoadas estan forradas de plastico y hace que uno no descanse comodamente. Los desayunos es muy poco lo que sirven y no varian siempre es lo mismo y muy poco lo que te sirven de comida.

Pros:

Atención del personal. Todos muy amables. Muy rico desayuno. Buen tamaño de habitación con servicio de limpieza todos los días. Ubicación buena.

Cons:

Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle.

Está bien que está cerca de la rosa rosa pero es demasiado el ruido y de remate ponen una chiva rumbera en la puerta del hotel a las 3am, es una locura!

El hotel tiene 6 pisos... no publican que no tiene ascensor... deberian comunicarlo para saber realmente que estas contratando, un desastre, la ubicación es buena pero insoportable el ruido de afuera....
