飯店櫃台人員很熱誠，看到我需要照顧老父親就幫了很多忙，很感謝，床和枕頭都很乾淨很舒服，浴室泡澡池也是，另外，隔音很棒。有送票券可以到葛瑪蘭風呂煮溫泉蛋和蔬菜，而且風呂也有溫泉魚咬腳皮，只是我們沒參與
