This stay was very small for a family of four the place was clean but difficult to access on a steep street.

Cons:

エントランスで番号の入力を求めらたが、実際は頭に※を入れる必要があったため、分からずに時間を無駄にした上問い合わせしなければ解決できなかった。私のあとに来た客も同様に悩んでいたので、一定数私のような人がいると思う。

Pros:

部屋が広くてきれいだった。

Cons:

場所の説明がわかりにくかったから迷った。
鍵が開けにくかった。ボタン式反応が悪かったり押しにくくてなかなか開かずインフォに連絡して強く長く押してくださいと言われて、やっと部屋に入れた。鍵の開け方ももっと詳しく書いてもらわないとわからない。

Great access to transportation.
Pros:

Great location, near the station, mall and eateries. Good value. Quick message response.

Cons:

Check in system is a good concept BUT when the system fails or not functioning properly it’s really frustrating. However, if you can make a phone call, you will be assisted.

I liked pretty much everything about this hotel.
Pros:

I liked the automated nature of it (even if the data entry could be easier): hoping this will lead to more great value hotels. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and television facilities were all great.

Cons:

Some data entry things for self-check-in were fiddly. However, I accept this is a relatively new technology, meaning it is a work in progress. I'm very much behind it if it means cheaper hotel stays.

快適で良かったです。
Pros:

広くて、清潔で快適でした。
家族のうけも良かった。
レンジが便利でした。

Cons:

ロケーションが、坂の上だったため、移動が大変でした。
あと、近くのピンクのホテルが家族連れには、良くないです。
