房間很棒，很大很新很舒適，有微波爐和茶流理台

Cons:

入住有點麻煩，可能因為我的email 沒有收到入住資訊信，讓我的入住過程有點煎熬，另外每次用熱水需要提前開啟熱水器

最高の旅行にするための最高のホテル
Pros:

冷蔵庫や冷凍庫、IKEAのお皿やグラスや洗いかご、それに洗うためのスポンジや洗剤まで揃っていたので、本当に助かりました。家族旅行に向いていると思います。お風呂も洗い場まであって広くて清潔で良かったです。自動チェックインとチェックアウトのシステムも便利でした。

Cons:

本当に本当に些細な点ですが、部屋の鍵を開ける指示の「Lockstateボタン」の意味がわかりませんでした。アイコンで書いていただくか「鍵の絵」ボタンと書いた方がわかりやすいと思います。それから外出時に鍵をかける方法も「鍵の絵」ボタンを押すとロックされる、と一緒に書いておくとわかりやすいと思います。

部屋が清潔で広さも丁度良く、寛げた。
Pros:

浴室が特に良かった。清潔でゆったりしていて、水圧も高く、湯船にお湯が早く張れて快適だった。

Cons:

テーブル1つにつき、椅子が2つしかなく、家族4人が一緒に食事ができず、二手に分かれて時間をずらして食べることになった。TVはそのテーブルにぴたりと着いていて、椅子はTVを横向きに観る位置で、TVを観ながらの食事は無理だった。

Great stay on a great location!
Pros:

The location for us was great as we arrived by train and the hotel is just a few minutes away from the station. We planned to see the the war museum, temples, china town and downtown, so the location was superb! Room has a great size, very clean and the bathroom was more than I expected. Highly recommend this place!

Cons:

I don't think I have anything to add here except maybe some water in the fridge could be nice as a welcome. For some, maybe the temple bells at 07.00 could be annoying, but for me it was a part of the experience and kinda calming.

This stay was very small for a family of four the place was clean but difficult to access on a steep street.

Cons:

エントランスで番号の入力を求めらたが、実際は頭に※を入れる必要があったため、分からずに時間を無駄にした上問い合わせしなければ解決できなかった。私のあとに来た客も同様に悩んでいたので、一定数私のような人がいると思う。

部屋が広くてきれいだった。

Cons:

場所の説明がわかりにくかったから迷った。
鍵が開けにくかった。ボタン式反応が悪かったり押しにくくてなかなか開かずインフォに連絡して強く長く押してくださいと言われて、やっと部屋に入れた。鍵の開け方ももっと詳しく書いてもらわないとわからない。

Great access to transportation.
Pros:

Great location, near the station, mall and eateries. Good value. Quick message response.

Cons:

Check in system is a good concept BUT when the system fails or not functioning properly it’s really frustrating. However, if you can make a phone call, you will be assisted.
