We liked the lovely view of the sea and beach from the hotel, we liked the excellent condition of the facilities, we liked the heated pool, we liked the number of people, just enough for some atmosphere but not crowded. We loved the service from the staff, they were excellent.

Cons:

Not much! I would’ve liked to have seen a few water stations dotted around the place. There was one in the Jim, but that’s it.

Amazing staff, great property to relax and rejuvenate.
Pros:

Staff is very kind welcoming and supportive. They even knew and remembers by the 3rd day our omelette preferences and our breakfast seating preferences! We almost knew them by names.
Location is nice. Airplane landing to be seen from near by was entertaining. Not annoying because the rooms are sound proof.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

This a small boutique hotel. The reception, servers in the morning and staff all around are extremely friendly and professional. We were greeted with cold rinks when we arrived. The pool is heated and a lovely temperature as the beaches on kefalonia on the shoulder season can be chilly. The complimentary mini bar in the room was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning had a large selection and was very tasty.

Cons:

The room was on the small side. This was minor. Drinks poolside were weak and pricy.

Pros:

Lovely staff, lovely accommodation, very clean, comfortable, quiet and dark despite being near the airport. Included breakfast was great. Pool and views were nice

Cons:

No facilities in the room for cooking cleaning warming etc, can't drink the tap water and they charge €4 for a 1.5L bottle. Can't use the pool at sunset despite the weather. Need a car or motorbike to get most places but that's the case for most places on the island

A very relaxing stay on a lovely island.
Pros:

The staff are exceptional, I'd recommend using the spa too, its very relaxing. If you prefer more botique sized hotels, then this is for you.

Cons:

I think the restaurant menu could be expanded slightly and changed at least weekly, there are some very good restaurants however within a short drive (or taxi) distance from the resort.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

The room and pool were nice

Cons:

The breakfast selection was very limited, and items were not replenished.
Bathroom supplies such as soaps were never refilled during my stay.
The check-in process was unnecessarily long and inefficient.
Additionally, the constant noise from the nearby airport made it difficult to relax, so the experience was far from tranquil.
