Great experience!
Pros:

This is the best hotel in Central Florida!
It is space themed to match the celestial name. The property is incredibly clean and Visually pleasing.

The restaurant Aurora is a very unique upscale dining experience. The restaurant as well is a tribute to space so you will see quite a bit of themed cocktails as well as desserts that are finished table side.

If you were looking for an overall unique experience that will absolutely wow whatever guests you bring I would definitely recommend the Celeste and Aurora.

Great Hotel and Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while touring UCF. The location was perfect, close to campus and just a short drive from Winter Park, which is a charming area with great shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean and had a unique boutique-style, space-themed vibe that made it stand out from typical chain hotels. The staff was exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to manager Orlando and front desk representatives Jeffrey and Ashriya, who went above and beyond to answer our questions and make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

If you’re visiting UCF and want a comfortable hotel in a great location, I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the hotel. Would stay again
Pros:

Property was very nice visually. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Had a very good dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Very convenient. Only stayed one night to be there for a graduation but definitely would stay again if we are in the area again.

Cons:

Could hear some noise from a nearby street late at night. Obviously not anything against the hotel. Near a college so perhaps the kids were out that night

Outrageous rate.
Pros:

So, I really like this hotel and stay here on business when I come to Orlando. I booked my last trip and apparently didn't notice the rate increase on the last day. So yes, it IS my fault. But the rate went from like $195 to $470! You'd think that as a recurring business traveler and Gold member that would merit some consideration. I'd hate to see what would have happened if I WASN'T a loyal Bonvoy member!

Pros:

Nice Hotel, clean. My stay was 3 days ( 4 rooms rented for family members) my husband and I were given one wash cloth to share. We asked repeatedly for at least one more, never received another. There were no glasses in the bathroom, I have travelled extensively and NEVER been in a hotel bathroom without glasses, also asked for them repeatedly, never received them. All four rooms for my family experienced the same. I just don’t get it …

Expected more, experience average.
Pros:

Nice but nothing special. Staff friendly but lots of management issues. Basics not met. Early coffee just a maybe. Prices for basic food very inflated. Facilities not designed for an event with more then 50 as cafe staff then overwhelmed and unsupported. For the money there are better choices. Marriott do better for a hotel you call part of your Tribute Collection.

We have stayed here many times and the experience is always fantastic. They truly understand hospitality and service. They roll out the red carpet every time. Rooms are clean. Hotel is fairly quiet. Perfect location for anything at UCF.
