Great loaction. Very nice hotel overall. Rooms were spacious and nice. Breafast was good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomportable. Very soft and you kind of rolled into thye middle of it.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und der Mix aus Holz und Naturstein hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist super freundlich! Und die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr schön, allerdings wäre es super, wenn die Badewanne eine Art kleine Abtrennung zum Duschen hätte oder eine separate Dusche vorhanden wäre.
Die Fenster sind sehr lärmduchlässig und man kann die Geräusche von der Straße hören.

Nice but room for improvement
Pros:

Nice Style, very modern touch and good location to visit top of the mountain.

Cons:

Front desk staff wasn't as polite as I'd expected in a hotel of that pricing and category. Parking (though asked during the booking) wasn't available.
Restaurants nearby are okay, but no highlights - didn't try the Hotel restaurant due to price and size.
Bed not too comfortable - window couldn't be opened for ventilation.

Pros:

Do Pece pod Sněžkou jezdíme velice často. Využívali jsme do teď jiné ubytování. V tomto hotelu jsme byli poprvé a určitě ne naposledy. Víkendový pobyl byl parádní. Hotel je na vysoké úrovni. Poloha hotelu výborná. Pokoje pěkné, velmi prostorné a čisté. Jídlo a drinky vynikající. Personál velmi milý. Masáž (1,5hod) dokonalá.

Cons:

Byli jsme sice pouze na dvě noci, ale očekával bych, že pokud nechám ručník na zemi, že bude vyměněn. Pokojská na pokoji byla, ustala postele, jinak žádný jiný úklid. Uvítal bych spíše výměnu ručníku, než ustlání peřin. Pokojskou jsem potkal později na chodbě a požádal o ručníky - vyměnila. Ale úplně nadšená z toho nebyla.

Alles super.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum könnte ein Upgrade gebrauchen. Die Geräte sind teilweise kaputt. Es fehlen Matten und Handtücher. Das Laufband funktioniert. Wenn das noch optimiert wird ist alles perfekt. Ach und bei der Halbpension könnte es noch ein vegetarisches Gericht gerne sein.

Rundrum sehr zufrieden bis auf kleine Kritikpunkte wie zuvor beschrieben.
Pros:

Besonders Hilfsbereich und freundlich war der Portier Jaroslav.
Sehr professionel war der Kellner Jaroslav und die Barkeeper.
Frühstück und Abendbrot sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren von 17 Euro pro Tag. Als Hausgast völlig überzogen.
Das Kinder mit 12 Jahren wie Erwachsene voll bezahlen, aber 17:00 Uhr den Badebereich verlassen müssen.

Velmi příjemný hotel se skvělou polohou, krásným prostředím a čistými, hezky zařízenými pokoji. Výborné snídaně a příjemné wellness. Pobyt jsme si moc užili a rádi se vrátíme!

Nie zdążyliśmy na śniadanie , przyszli 5 po śniadaniu , nikt nie zaproponował choć be kanapkę lub kawę , to jest bardzo słabe ,śniadanie do 10.00 a wyjazd o 11.00 , a repstawrcja otwiera o 12.00 zostaliśmy głodni , i takim niesmakiem opuściliśmy hotel tem pace ze wynajęli prezydencki luks .
