Красивый отель, угостили просекко при заселении, завтрак тоже понравился, было все необходимое и достаточно вкусно. В номере были халат и тапочки.

Cons:

Не понравились часы работы спа, а так в целом все было хорошо.

The hotel and rooms are dirty.The surcharge for dog is 28€ per night,even though they said on th phone that it would be 18€.The reception staff who welcomed us were extremly rude and spoke poor English.

the best hotel to stay in apec Pod Snezkou
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in pec pod snezkou. The hotel is lovely very modern and spotless. Great staff and facilities. I will stay again.
They have their own private ski transport.
They have a private hot tub and sauna you can rent for 90 mins we really enjoyed this.
Restaurant and bar were excellent.

Cons:

Nothing everything was amazing.

Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili 2 noci. Hotel je nový, moderní a velmi pěkně zařízený, celkový dojem je velmi dobrý.

Cons:

Atmosféra je ale spíše luxusní než rodinná.
Personál na nás někdy působil trochu odměřeně a místy i lehce povýšeně.
Překvapilo nás také, že vstup do spa je za příplatek, o čemž jsme předem nevěděli. Stejně tak je placené i parkování.
Jinak byl pobyt příjemný a vše proběhlo bez problémů.
