Bugs everywhere. But I have a gecko in my room so it’s better as it eats other bugs. But ants and bugs are everywhere and other guests also complained. The room furnitures are also broken and have people coming in to fix in the middle of your stay.

Great value for money. Comfortable bed, "modern" bathroom compared to other more expensive hotels. Staff friendly and helpful.

It’s ok. My room didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the bottles. The rooms are clean. The water is hot. The bed was comfortable but overall, very average. Just fine. Not bad. Not great.

Excellent service de la part du personnel. La communication était simple, ils parlent anglais. Chambre était confortable et les déjeuners délicieux. Près de la rivière Mékong, du marché de nuit et de plusieurs temples ce qui facilite les déplacements.

A modern hotel with clean facilities. The staff was friendly and the currency exchange service provided by the hotel was helpful. It is located at the beginning of the tourist street, about 15 minutes walk to the center. Recommended if you are looking for a quiet and modern accommodation.

Everything was nice and clean, however, an elevator would've been nice. My room was on the third floor and I had to carry my luggage two flight of stairs. Breakfast was limited but wasn't bad. Would recommend.

Great location near the Mekong River. Service was excellent.

We left within a half hour of checking in. The photos are misleading. They are down an alley with a pack of stray street dogs out front. The place is dirty. The pool is in front of the hotel and the size of a postage stamp. It was non refundable and we preferred to lose the money than stay. The young man at the front desk was the only bright spot. He was lovely.

Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.

Great location, beds and bedrooms were comfortable and even though there were mosquitos, when we asked to spray the room, the staff did and we had no issues. Staff try to solve all questions

Gode værelser og god service fra personale og god morgenmad et af de bedre hoteller jeg har oplevet i laos.

Poolen var lidt lille og ikke nogen steder man rigtigt kunne slikke sol men havde det været der havde hotellet fået 5 stjerner i alt fra min side af

Kleine Wasserflaschen kein Complimentary; Kostenpunkt 10.000 KIP/Flasche.
Pool leider eine kleine Enttäuschung. Winzig. Im Schatten. Nicht sehr sauber. Keine Liegen.
Schönes Badezimmer mit europäischer, warmer Dusche. Auch Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Keine Enttäuschung.
Lage des Hotels auf den ersten Blick zu weit außerhalb, aber am Abend beste Lage zum Nachtmarkt für Essen und Trinken (u.a. Bars).
Frühstück war okay.

施設に関しては清潔で申し分ない。中心地まで距離があり不便

Property was not great but not terrible, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Walking distance to river but not anything else.
Only two things I did not like which was their laundry service was terrible lost items but finally returned and laundry was still pretty damp and not folded a total mess retuned in a bag not happy with this at all.
The other was others in the building kept us up a lot of the night with kids running around and screaming along with adults occurred one night not really anyone’s fault just ignorant people thinking they are only ones who exist.

Nice little place. Great front desk staff. They were able to get me LCR train tickets, which is otherwise quite a hassle.
