I regret that i booked and stayed at this property.
You can not talk to anyone if you have any issues, and we did.
A glass door was broken because of a bad design and we had to stay with the glass pieces shattered in the bathroom until next day. Of course i didn't see back the deposit, even it wasn't my fault.
The loungers that you see in the pictures and the parts that provide shade on the roof top just don't exist, only in the pictures.
I tried to reach to them and they just ignored me.
I am very disappointed and disgusted about this place.

I should have read the other comments before booking, because once booked you can't cancel it without loosing your money.
I booked a spa penthouse room featuring a rooftop spa. There was no plug provided so not possible to us. Also, the shades were broken so not possible to stay there during the heat of the day. The room was fine, but only 1 wine glass provided.
I spent money on the biggest most expensive "penthouse". They gave me a room in the corner (inside corner) with a terrible terrace with blocked view of the ocean. When I reached out (only via txt or call, no one on the premises is there to help), they were rude and dismissive. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
Check in was somewhat easy but the officer didn’t speak English, thank goodness for google translate! Penthouse was very clean and accommodating, however they did not tell you in the reservation process that the hot tub doesn’t work. It was like taking an outdoor bath.sun bathing chair were broken, hot tub handles were broken, some of the lights didn’t work, drywall was patched up, drain in the shower was clogged, and there was no sun shade on the roof top ! We did bring our own supplies . Everything was in walking distance from the beach to the clubs and bars. Hotel overall was very clean and overall nice for what was left of it
I pretty much thought the penthouse suite was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the Jacuzzi tub. I think it needs to be updated. I thought it was a great location. The beach is right there. There’s a couple of restaurants close Collins has all the restaurants Espanol way All in all a one out of 10 I would give it a 7 1/2.
Please if you don’t want to have a nightmare don’t book this hotel! They don’t have a lobby just a security person with a phone also don’t have any number to contact if need something, the building have other hotel name no even the one is posted here and you can feel unsafe the reception look abandoned we can even stay the night we switch to another hotel cause it feel so unsafe
The hotel was nice. But the communication was horrible as far as the condition and amenities the hotel had. The hot tub had no water and was filthy and dirty. I was not able to use it. The kitchenette did not have cooking utensils, stove or hot plate. I had to purchase lots of food because I was not able to cook as I thought I would be able to. My groceries went to waste. The shower head was broken, the elevator button to go downstairs was broken. My room was never cleaned however, someone entered my room and left towels.
The room was great but I really wish the jets n the hot was working would’ve been the icing on the cake
I travel 6 ir 7 times a year, and stay in many places, but I was chock when saw the place nothing like the pictures, but the the more terrible thing is that I have not received my deposit back yet, I call the place and the hosted and no answer, I want my deposit back it said will be here in 2 or 3 days its been six. Please give me my deposit back. And post real pictures.
IVE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES. ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS THEY NEED AN UPGRADE AND REPAIR CREW FOR THE FACILITIES.. THE MANAGEMENT CHARGED MY CARD BOTH TIMES DOUBLE THE DEPOSIT.. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR MISTAKE AND FIXED IT BOTH TIMES.. SINCE IT HAPPENED THE EXACT SAME WAY WE KNOW IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT. BUT I ALWAYS GET THE JACUZZI ROOMS WITH THE BALCONY.. ITS LOCATED RIGHT ON SOUTHBEACH.. ACCESS TO EVERY THING IS RIGHT THERE.. NOT A BAD SPOT.. BETTER THAN MOST ON SOUTH BEACH.. THERE IS NO FRONT DESK EVERYTHING IS DONE BY EMAIL AND CODES TO THE ROOMS, AND A KEY CARD FOR THE ELEVATOR.. CHECK IN IS SMOOTH AND EASY.. TAKES THEM FOREVER TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT BUT THEY WILL RETURN IT..
1) Booked Ocean view room, was given a city view room. SBV offered a 5% refund.
2) Hotel staff was incredibly lazy and unhelpful.
3) Elevator was not working for an entire day and night, had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor by stairs.
4) Hotel was in very poor condition.
5) Room was in poor condition.
6) Terrace and balcony lacked many of the furniture and all cushions that other suites had and were also featured in the listing pictures.
7) Hot tub was broken and in terrible condition, probably hasn't been functional in a decade.
Lastly, you're taking a chance booking here, you may get a nicer suite or you may get the worst one, like me.
The room itself was nice and what I expected, but the rooftop terrace was very disappointing, the drapes were dilapidated, the long chairs in very bad shape, the hot tub didn’t work( the hot tub is the reason you book the room!!!) and the pergola shades were simply not there!!! I have pictures if you need. Anyway, for the same price I think i could have had something better.

Loved the stay in the Penthouse. Very clean, and very safe.
I would say customer service is awful, they put only one shampoo conditioner and shower gel for 3 person and stay for 3 nights and when I asked for more they said it would be additional charge for that, every time I asked to clean the room they said is not available and they just left clean towel for us without even make the room clean. I found broken glass in the kitchen when I asked for maintenance to cleanup that they never respond back to text messages and the telephone number they give us goes directly to voicemail the front desk is not responsible if you book through SBV luxury hotel they said is different company . I’ll never come back to this place
Very nice penthouse cool
This is my first time doing contactless check in. It went pretty. Smooth. The security guard was immediately available. The room lock worked as instructed. No issues.
