Pros:

Buona struttura di recente ristrutturazione in zona tranquilla con market vicino e poco distante dal centro di Offida. Ottima base per escursioni nei dintorni.

Cons:

I vicini dell'appartamento del piano sopra che purtroppo si sono sono dimostrati maleducati e non rispettosi del silenzio degli orari notturni( avvio della lavatrice con centrifuga, spostamento di mobili). Abbiamo avvisato la struttura che ci ha prontamente risposto dicendo che avrebbe mandato un messaggio.

Schoon, ruim. Voorzien van wasmachine superfijn. Fijne badkamer ,prima bed. Uitzicht was mooi . Wifi prima . Ruime parkeerplaats . Offida ligt op loopafstand

APARTAMENTO FUNCIONAL CON BUENISIMA UBICACION EN OFFIDA
Pros:

El apartamento tiene una ubicación óptima. Está en una zona super tranquila y silenciosa con unas magníficas vistas y cerca de un supermercado. Además tiene sitio para aparcar.
Tiene aire acondionado tanto el salon/comedor como en el dormitorio
El apartamento tiene buenas dimensiones, es amplio y limpio y como era una planta baja tiene como un porche con terracita que da al jardín que esmuy agradable para los desayunos.
La cama es cómoda y la lencería tanto de cama como de baño estaba muy limpia.
Todos los electrodomésticos funcionaron correctamente (aire acondionado, tv, agua caliente, nevera cocina y horno)

Cons:

El proceso de check-in es totalmente online y eso implica enviar documentos de identidad por la red y nos pareció poco seguro. Además, todo el proceso del check-in online es largo y complicado.
La llave es electrónica y te facilitan un código para el portón de entrada y otro distinto para la puerta del apartamento. El código de la puerta tiene muchos digitos y el proceso de abrir y cerrar con el código nos pareció muy engorroso.
Hay que prestar atención cuando se hace el check-in porque el apartamento se alquila sin toallas ni ropa de cama. Hay que solicitarlo aparte y pagar un pequeña cantidad. No es caro. Pero lo mencionamos aquí para que quien reserve recuerde solicitar sábanas y toallas o en su defecto traerlas de casa.
También hay que aclarar en el momento del checkin online si te vas a encargar tu mismo de la limpieza del apartamento o si por el contrario lo hacen ellos... también con cargo.
Al ser todos los trámites online y no ver a ningún responsable todo el proceso es un poco frío e impersonal.
Por las fotos que vimos en Booking en el momento de hacer la reserva creíamos haber alquilado un apartamento con techos abovedados, cosa que le daba más encanto, pero por el contrario era un apartamento con los techos normales. Eso no quitó nada de confort a nuestra estancia pero si que el apartamento era menos coqueto que los otros.
Las cacerolas y otros utensilios de cocina necesitarían una renovación porque estaban bastante deteriorados. Las sartenes por ejemplo tenían completamente rayado el teflón y no es sano cocinar en ellas.
En la cocina no encontraréis nada (ni sal, ni azúcar, ni aceite, ni jabón de platos, ni pastillas para el lavavajillas...etc) Hay que traerlo todo de casa o comprarlo en el super cercano.
En general es un buen alojamiento con una excelente relación calidad/precio pero que debería prestar un poco más de atención a los detalles para que la estancia resultara un poco más confortable.

Pros:

Il residence è immerso nella natura ma a 5min da Offida e 20 da San Benedetto e Ascoli.
Struttura moderna e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Giardino top!

La doccia andrebbe migliorata (anche solo aggiungendo un porta oggetti) installando un box rigido

Pros:

Magnificent two-room apartment of 45 m², clean, spacious, bright, air-conditioned, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, aimed at ensuring a very pleasant stay. Payments, check-in, check-out are managed entirely online, but the team is always welcoming and available at the dedicated phone number. I recommend it 100%!
