Pros:

Просторный номер, внимательный персонал, всё объяснили, посоветовали места в городе. Удобно, что при отеле есть ресторан, гостям предлагают скидку на еду. Шикарный завтрак! Его подаёт сам персонал, без шведского стола, но было много всего и очень вкусно.

Cons:

Не герметичная душевая, но не очень критично.

Staff gentilissmo e sorridente, pulizia impeccabile, cucina molto buona e posizione più che centrale. Al checkout hanno lasciato depositare i bagagli in reception, ma ci hanno anche avvisato che avremmo potuto farlo tardivo.
Allo stesso modo ci siamo presentati in anticipo al checkin chiedendo di lasciare i bagagli e fare una passeggiata metre aspettavamo, e invece con nostra sorpresa l'hanno anticipato.
Servirebbero più luoghi come questo

Exceptional staff and location
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Wow is all i can say!! Location is perfect, clean room, amazing, wonderful and helpful staff!! We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Nothing was hard and any help needed was offered with the smile on their face. They have live music Thursday nights. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A perfect place to enjoy Mostar
Pros:

The location was perfect -- right in the heart of the Old Bridge district. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, very helpful and perfect hosts. Omer checked us in our first night (in the middle of a rainstorm) and continued to make sure that everything was fine during our stay. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.
The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings.
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel for anyone visiting Mostar.
