Pros:

Perfecta atención e instalaciones en el corazón del barrio antiguo de Mostar. A pasos del Puente de piedra. Desayuno abundante y muy variado. Instalaciones modernas y cómodas.

Cons:

O quarto faltava um.pouco de manutenção. Pontinha de acesso ao Frigobar estava caindo/solta e o ar condicionado não gelava direito.

Pleasant Surprise in the Balcans!
Pros:

The location is amazing, right in the center of the Old Town which was conveniently located to all sites. The breakfast was included and was fabulous. The restaurant staff was very friendly and efficient.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely phenomenal stay in mostar
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect.. the location was spot on ! The hospitality was phenomenal... I was ill for a day and In bed my friend asked for breakfast in bed and they came right away they also later in the day gave some bananas for my upset stomach which they didnt even charge for. Oh and talking of the breakfast theres so much for just 2 people.. definitely worth every penny staying here. Would definitely come back and most definitely recommend. Thankyou so much for a great stay in mostar.

Excellent choice in Mostar
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the center of the Old Town which was conveniently located to all sites. The breakfast was included and was fabulous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The hotel is up a flight of steps but staff was helpful with luggage. There is no elevator.

Great Value for Money - Right in the Heart of the Old Town Just a Few Minutes Walk from the Bridge!
Pros:

Right in the very heart of Mostar and no more than 5 minutes walk from Stari Most itself. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was definitely a highlight both in presentation and in quality. We dined in the restaurant on one of the evenings and the staff were brilliant and we ended up with a real smorgas-board of local delights! You are right in the heart of the old City!

Cons:

The first night we arrived there was live entertainment and it was overly loud (the room was above the outside dining area) so until about 12:30 am it was a tad trying - but otherwise a great stay. If I had to pick one thing that was frustrating - it was the parking arrangements - it was not clear on how to get to the parking they recommend owing to all the one way streets and pedestrian areas, so if you arrive late at night as we did - could be the only stress point of your journey!

Gestione reserva para 29 personas y en el desayuno un niño no podía tomar zumo de naranja y pidió desayuno melocotón que nos cobraron. Me pareció una descortesía en una reserva de ese volumen cobrar 3 euros.

Mostar’ın ortasında harika bir hotel çok memnun kaldık erken check in imkanı sundular kahvaltısı güzeldi 😊 öneririm

Cons:

Resepsiyondaki gözlüklü hanımefendi çok iyiydi restaurant kısmındaki iki tane kadın çalışan inanılmaz suratsızdı onun dışında bir problem yoktu ama o iki çalışan orayı çok kötü temsil ediyor.
