Pros:

Lokalita úžasná, personál ústretový, príjemný, jedlo výborné. Sme nad mieru boli spokojný, veľmi milo prekvapený personálom aj prostredím, chodíme do Mostaru každý rok už 6 rokov , vždy sme boli spokojný, ale tento krát veľmi spokojný

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, all’ingresso della città vecchia. Struttura moderna e camere spaziose. Gentile lo staff, colazione pantagruelica! Qualità prezzo buonissima!

Маленький запас горячей воды-хоть и есть ванна, но набрать ее не представляется возможным. Горячей воды не хватает. В номере было несколько кроватей, и одна была сломана…

Замечательный отель! Рядом со Старым мостом и всеми городскими достопримечательностями. В номере есть всё необходимое. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Сытные и вкусные завтраки. Доброжелательные и отзывчивые сотрудники отеля.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je zelo centralna, le nekaj minut do starega mostu. Želel bi izpostaviti predvsem osebje, zaradi njih smo se počutili odlično. Zajtrk je bil zelo dober. Vsekakor bi ob ponovnem obisku Mostarja ponovno rezerviral tukaj.

Personnel, très agréable et à l'écoute
Chambre confortable, même si le matelas est légèrement un peu Mais dans l'ensemble la chambre était très propre et confortable. L'emplacement à quelques mètres de la vieille ville et du pont de Mostar, ainsi que quelques mètres d'un parking privé payant

Authentic well-situated hotel
Pros:

Our beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to Stari Grad. The staff were awesome. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made every effort to ensure a high quality stay. The on site restaurant was great for dinner and a huge included breakfast.

Cons:

The duvets were very warm and the AC did not cool the room much. We should have asked the staff for assistance. Opening the windows helped but increased street noise.

Great location in the old city, with its own restaurant and others nearby to choose from.
Pros:

The location right in the old city was very nice, and it was quiet too (although it was not the time of the year to open windows). The breakfast was very nice, although not a buffet, so you take what they serve (lots of eggs). We could leave our bags at the desk after check out to pick up later. Staff was helpful, and willing to recommend arrange tours, but unfortunately, we were not staying long enough.

Cons:

It was difficult to figure out how the shower worked, and it leaked a little, but when we reported that, the staff seemed concerned and would get it fixed. (We only stayed one night).

El personal excelente hablan varios idiomas, español perfecto, la ubicación la mejor , el restaurante excelente muy buenas porciones y te hacen 10% de descuento. Desayuno riquísimo.

A reggeli hatalmas terülj-terülj asztalkám volt, telerakta a pincér az asztalunkat mindeféle finomsággal.

Cons:

A parkolás és a gyalogos megközelítés. Sajnos lelopták a rendszámot az egyik motorunkról, hiába volt kamerarendszer semmit nem ért.
