La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Camera minuscola nonostante fosse indicata un’altra metratura al momento della prenotazione, colazione servita al tavolo senza possibilità di scegliere i piatti (non ci hanno nemmeno portato un caffè espresso in quanto non compreso nell’offerta).

Hotel je na jako dobrom mestu nekoliko minuta pesice od starog mosta.Dorucak je u tradicionalnom stilu sobe su lepe i klimatizovane, a osoblje hotela profesionalno i ljubazno.Hotel nam je zakazao i organizovao izlete u okolinu Mostara .Sve preporuke za turiste koji zele da osete atmosveru starog Mostara

Завтрак хороший. Номер большой.

При поиске выбирала вариант с парковкой. В итоге парковки нет совсем. И даже к отелю не подъехать на машине, т.к. он на пешеходной улице. Очень долго кружили, чтоб понять как подобраться. Воду не предоставляют, нет кулера, предлагают пить из крана. При въезде 10 раз спрашивают, на машине ли мы, нашли ли мы парковку, эти вопросы немного раздражали, т.к. ситуация с парковкой полная жесть. Лестницы очень узкие и крутые в отеле, подняться с чемоданом проблема. Но парни помогают с багажом. Потолки низкие в номере, головой постучались.

Confort close to bridge
Pros:

It’s in old town a couple of minutes from bridge, early walk before the crowds. Taxi can drop you within 100m
Busy on site restaurant, we had nice lunch and breakfast is huge
Air con was great in rooms

Cons:

Only there for one night and was perfect for our needs. Rooms are in two different buildings so may be best to check if you need rooms close together

A great place to stay in Mostar!
Pros:

We loved our two night stay here in Mostar! The staff were so kind, and they treated our girls like princesses. The family room was awesome, and it had a very large patio, too! The breakfast was AMAZING, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
