It’s in old town a couple of minutes from bridge, early walk before the crowds. Taxi can drop you within 100m
Busy on site restaurant, we had nice lunch and breakfast is huge
Air con was great in rooms
Only there for one night and was perfect for our needs. Rooms are in two different buildings so may be best to check if you need rooms close together
We loved our two night stay here in Mostar! The staff were so kind, and they treated our girls like princesses. The family room was awesome, and it had a very large patio, too! The breakfast was AMAZING, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
I liked everything.
Super Personal! Ausgezeichnete Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr gut!!! Ich konnte sogar mein E Auto laden
Nichts
The location is very nice. The stuff is very kind. The breakfast is very rich.
Ficamos exaustos no dia seguinte.
We chose this hotel for its location. It is right in the old town, very close to the famous bridge – only a few minutes on foot. The location is really the best thing about it. But many other things were not good.
There is no parking at the hotel. You leave your car in a public paid parking area and walk with your luggage on a stone road. It is hard to pull suitcases over the stones. The walk is not long, but it is not comfortable.
The room was a big disappointment. The booking said 24 square meters, but it is much smaller (you can see our photos). It is very small for two people. There is not much space to move. The bed sheets were old and had holes.
The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the neighbors and from the street. It is hard to sleep well.
Breakfast is the same every day. The waiter brings many small plates with snacks, plus eggs and bread. It looks nice, but it never changes. There are almost no vegetables, fruits, or milk products – we really missed them. Also, at the reception they told us that drinks were included, but when we left they asked us to pay for the juice. It was a small thing, but it left a bad feeling.
In short, this hotel is only good for its location. If you just need a place to sleep near the bridge and you can accept noise and a small room, it is possible to stay here. But for a comfortable stay, I suggest looking for another hotel, even if it is a little farther from the center.
The manager is super proactive, took care of everything for us, and as we had an early start and had paid for breakfast, he organised a sandwich and fruit for us to take on our journey. Super impressed with the service!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough!
First of all, our room was incredibly clean and spacious, providing us with all the comfort we needed.
The hotel restaurant is another huge highlight. Not only did we get a discount as hotel guests, but the food was simply delicious. We ordered a portion for two, and it was so massive that we couldn't even finish it! To make the evening even better, we were able to enjoy a shisha (water pipe) right with our dinner, which made for a perfectly relaxing atmosphere.
What truly made this place special, though, was the incredibly warm and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—it felt more like spending time with good friends than staying at a standard hotel.
And the cherry on top? Through the hotel, we met Omer, a fantastic young local guide. He took us to the Skywalk in the evening, shared the fascinating history of Bosnia with us, and recommended an amazing local urbex spot that we explored the next day.
If you are visiting Mostar, stay here. The hospitality, the food, and the overall experience are second to none!
Das zuvorkommende sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal.
