Pros:

Central local friendly staff and helpful coffee in the room was good quality. Shower was good bed was good

Cons:

Room quite small for two people no long mirror or dressing up area in room only mirror in toilet. tv didn’t work but we didn’t tell staff as we wasn’t bothered much. Paint peeling from bathroom door. No dressing up area. No lift for luggage but staff helped

Central location, yet very close to taxi drop off. (Helpful) . Breakfast - good food and vibe
Pros:

Wonderful, balkan breakfast - culinary and setting .Was able to cater for my coeliac partner .
Upstairs , outside terrace was a big bonus. Some staff were friendly . Close proximity to taxi.

Cons:

Small room. Impacted - but the terrace allowed us to "expand".

Sehr zentral und freundliches Personal. Altstadt und Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Es gibt kein Buffet, es wird an den Tisch gebracht. Dadurch wird aber auch relativ viel entsorgt, weil evtl. gar nicht gewollt oder die Menge nicht passt.

Cons:

Das WLAN hätte ich schneller erwartet/erhofft. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur öffentliche, für ca. 15€ pro Tag. Der nächste Parkplatz ist keine 100 m entfernt, jedoch sind die letzten Meter der Altstadtpflasterung etwas beschwerlich mit Rollkoffer. Steckdosen hätten es auch etwas mehr sein dürfen.

Mehr Pension als Hotel mit sehr grossen Zimmern

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, top Restaurant, super lecker mit viel Auswahl.
Zimmer sehr gross und sauber

Cons:

Sehr weiche Matratze, für Personen mit Rückenproblemen gar nicht geeignet. Leider gab es keine Option die Matratze zu tauschen, der Topper wurde entfernt, jedoch war es nicht ausreichend, um einen guten Schlaf zu geniessen.
Während des Duschens gab es auf einmal kein warmes Wasser mehr., absolutes no go. Keine Hacken für die Hand-/Badetücher zum Aufhängen vorhanden, kein Glas für Zahnbürste . Badewanne ohne Vorhang, keine Hotelfinken. Eigentlich kein Hotel, mehr eine Pension., mit geräumigemn Zimmern mit Balkon.
Beim Frühstück mussten wir den 2. Tee bezahlen, sehr komisch, obwohl wir Frühstück inklusive gebucht haben. Wir sind einen Tag früher ausgecheckt, hauptsächlich wegen dem Bett und dem Warmwasser…

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce!!!
Pros:

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, wspaniałe śniadania, przemiły personel. Ładne i czyste pokoje. Nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej. Z całą pewnością tam wrócimy!
