Authentic well-situated hotel
Pros:

Our beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to Stari Grad. The staff were awesome. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made every effort to ensure a high quality stay. The on site restaurant was great for dinner and a huge included breakfast.

Cons:

The duvets were very warm and the AC did not cool the room much. We should have asked the staff for assistance. Opening the windows helped but increased street noise.

Great location in the old city, with its own restaurant and others nearby to choose from.
Pros:

The location right in the old city was very nice, and it was quiet too (although it was not the time of the year to open windows). The breakfast was very nice, although not a buffet, so you take what they serve (lots of eggs). We could leave our bags at the desk after check out to pick up later. Staff was helpful, and willing to recommend arrange tours, but unfortunately, we were not staying long enough.

Cons:

It was difficult to figure out how the shower worked, and it leaked a little, but when we reported that, the staff seemed concerned and would get it fixed. (We only stayed one night).

A parkolás és a gyalogos megközelítés. Sajnos lelopták a rendszámot az egyik motorunkról, hiába volt kamerarendszer semmit nem ért.

Отель расположен в старом городе. Самое идеальное расположение, уютный симпатичный номер, все очень чисто, в номере есть чайник и приветственный набор чая и кофе. При отеле есть стильный ресторан этого отеля с очень вкусной едой и отличном обслуживанием, поэтому не нужно искать где можно поужинать и позавтракать, приятным бонусом скидка на ужин при проживании в отеле, а очень сытный и вкусный завтрак входит в стоимость проживания. Персонал очень внимательный! Спасибо было очень приятно у вас. Обязательно еще вернемся к вам, когда будем в Мостар.

Best location if you want to wander around the Mostar Starigrad early in the morning to prevent the crowd and enjoy the

Location is within the Old Town. Easy to reach by taxi from the train station.
Staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Special shout out to Omar for showing us the iconic places outside the Old town.

Cons:

Wifi connection is weak in our room at the 2nd floor.
Flight of stairs is manageable as the hotel staff offers help in carrying our luggage.

We had a great stay there
Pros:

We had a great stay at Emen Hotel. The hotel is right in the most important area of Mostar. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and we also had dinner at their restaurant and it was good too. Staff was friendly. Parking was an additional €15 - it's close to the hotel and parking only accepts cash.

Everything was great.
