Обслуговування було гарним. Готують там смачно і щедро. Розположеня чудове. Номер великий із власним балконом.

Cons:

Паркінг платний. День — 30 марок, це приблизно 15 євро, плюс я відїжджав і ще за годину платив 10 марок. Ми були там два дні, ітого 35 євро можна плюсувати до ціни.
Ліжко дуже скрипить.
Вай-фай на одній палочці взагалі не працює.

I stayed at Hotel Emen in early February for work, and it was a wonderful experience. This small hotel is extremely welcoming, with spotless rooms and an excellent location in Mostar. The staff are friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I really appreciated their care and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Logement au coeur du vieux quartier. Restaurant en face (même structure). Parking (payant) à 20 mètres.

Cons:

Insonorisation de la chambre. Un peu difficile à trouver de nuit par manque de signalisation. Petit-déjeuner non disponible avant 7h30 (bien qu'inclus) ; séjour hors saison ceci étant.

Просторный номер, внимательный персонал, всё объяснили, посоветовали места в городе. Удобно, что при отеле есть ресторан, гостям предлагают скидку на еду. Шикарный завтрак! Его подаёт сам персонал, без шведского стола, но было много всего и очень вкусно.

Cons:

Не герметичная душевая, но не очень критично.

Staff gentilissmo e sorridente, pulizia impeccabile, cucina molto buona e posizione più che centrale. Al checkout hanno lasciato depositare i bagagli in reception, ma ci hanno anche avvisato che avremmo potuto farlo tardivo.
Allo stesso modo ci siamo presentati in anticipo al checkin chiedendo di lasciare i bagagli e fare una passeggiata metre aspettavamo, e invece con nostra sorpresa l'hanno anticipato.
Servirebbero più luoghi come questo
