Otel personeli çok iyi idi ,özellikle Omar, Velid ve Bayram hem odamıza yerleşirken,hem bavulları taşımada, hem check-out ve tren istasyonuna ulaşımımızda çok ilgiliydiler ve yardımcı oldular.
Otelin konumu çok çok iyi Old Town ve çarşının hemen içinde, gidilecek her yere 5 dakika mesefede. Oda dekorasyonu çok hoş. Odaların karşısında bir teras ve küçük bir restoran var ama kış olduğu için kapalı, yazın keyifli oluyordur tahminim.
Ve kahvaltısı şahane idi, uzun zamandır bu kadar güzel omlet ve poached eggs yememiştim. Pancake'inden, cevizine, ajvarına, kuru etine, nutellasına herşey vardı kahvaltıda, en güzeli de açık büfe olmayıp rahat rahat masana servis edilmesi idi.

Cons:

Odalar daha büyük olabilir ( güründüğünden daha küçük) ve bavulları koymak için daha rahat bir dizayn yapılabilirdi. Bunun dışında sevmediğim ya da olumsuz birşey olmadı.

Friendly and comfortable hotel in a perfect location near the old bridge.
Pros:

Excellent hotel! The location, very near the old bridge, was perfect. The staff were uniformly friendly. The internet worked well. The room was comfortable. The breakfast - lots of small and simple dishes in a traditional Bosnian style, including lots of eggs - was great. We booked Omer, the travel guide who also works at the hotel, for a day tour which was the highlight of our stay.

Lovely place in Old Town of Mostar
Pros:

Very close to the famous bridge in Mostar and literally walking distance. The staff are very warm, friendly and kind! The restaurant is just below the hotel and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here! Lovely place!

Pros:

- Petit déjeuner original, pas de menu ou buffet mais plein de petites assiettes, un vrai festin !
- Emplacement parfait, à deux pas du vieux pont et proche d'un parking, pratique pour décharger les bagages
- Personnel adorable
- Bonne ambiance le soir au resto de l'hôtel, avec musique live (mais sans nuisance sonore pour les chambres)

- Certaines fenêtres n'ont pas de volet ni rideau, réveil garanti dès le lever du jour

Wir hatten ein eher kleines Zimmer, das aber ziemlich neu ausgestattet und gemütlich war. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt war es nachts ruhig. Das am Tisch servierte Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas überdimensioniert. Gut erreichbarer Parkplatz um die Ecke.
