Un oasis en San Luis

La atención y servicio del personal es EXCELENTE! La limpieza, las instalaciones, el paisaje, el área de piscina y jacuzzi, el parque. Todo es simplemente perfecto. Es una joya que merece ser descubierta por cualquiera que necesite descansar en medio de un viaje o tomarse unos dias para desconectar y estar en paz. Las habitaciones están en un espacio completamente silencioso. En nuestro caso, elegimos con vista al lago, tiene un hermoso balcón. Todo es nuevo , la habitación es grande y confortable. Las almohadas y somier son lo que se necesita para un descanso reparador. Tiene restaurante lo que te permite no tener que moverte del hotel, con una buena carta y alta calidad gastronomica. Una vez más, el personal de todas las áreas es impecable.

Cons:

Pasamos solo por una noche. No nos alcanzó el tiempo para disfrutar de este hermoso lugar. Nada malo para decir. Es un 10 en todo.

Internet funcionaba muy bien en todos los lugares del hotel.
El desayuno bien pero podría mejorarse la variedad.
En la habitación la ducha es muy buena.
La vista desde la terraza de la habitación es muy buena.

Cons:

Sería conveniente que hubiera un secador de piso en la ducha.
Falta de equipamiento en el espacio de cocina y el frigobar excesivamente pequeño.
La calidad del shampoo y acondicionador de pelo no condice con la calidad del hotel.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation!
Cons:

We had made the booking shortly in advance. Once we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the employee behind the reception and the lady from the restaurant, we immediately felt welcome. The reception employee showed us the room and then walked us to the garage for our car, very hospitable. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed it very much.
