Decent hotel for short stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right onto the lively plaza!

Cons:

The facilities were very basic. Bed and sheets were uncomfortable, shower the same, wifi sometimes very fast and sometimes not even there.

Jardín was worth the sacrifice of a small room and bed
Pros:

Excellent location and very clean

Cons:

Rooms were small, bathroom was extremely small.
Wish they will have bigger beds the bed is big enough for one person not two.
We were not given any option for upgrades even though we were willing to pay extra.

Tuve problemas de salud y no fue posible que me cambiaran las fechas. Y el domingo fuimos a la caminada de la cueva del esplendor y no permitieron salir a la 1.30 . Entonces nos quedamos sucios y mojados. Conociendo las actividades en el pueblo deberían tener flexibilidad o prestar el servicio de ducharse. Necesidades de los clientes son importantes

Location and building is beautiful. Amenities are very basic.
Pros:

The building was beautiful. The location is outstanding and the private courtyard is lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were incredibly basic no hanging space no windows and amenities such as towels and bath mats were very cheap and small. There were no coffee breakfast or dining facilities however the location is right on the square where there are tens of great restaurants bars and coffee shops.

Fue un buen hotel, todo cómodo, limpio, un buen lugar para descansar

Pasé muy rico. Lindo hotel.

No hubo desayuno. No me gustó que pagué $15000 más por persona en el momento del pago al llegar, con relación al precio de la reserva. La explicación que me dieron tampoco me gustó porque dicen que es el cobro del iva. Me pregunto por qué suben los precios cuando ya habíamos acordado el precio antes de llegar?
