Only one suggestion for breakfast egg station have more type on eggs style.

The buffet spread was good and enjoyable, with a nice variety of options. As we are vegetarians, Cinnamon Kitchen kindly prepared separate vegetarian fried rice and noodles specially for us, which we truly appreciated. The service throughout was excellent—Mr. Rahmat took very good care of us and ensured everything was well attended to. His attentiveness and warm service made our dining experience comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with thoughtful service

The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The only letdown is the breakfast whereby the choice is limited especially when one is vegetarian.

My second time staying at Asialink, location wise is very convenient, with 10mins journey to most of the tourist spots. Excellence service from every staff

The coffee from the hotel free breakfast is nice. The bed is comfortable. The pillow also awesome!!!! Shower water pressure is strong. Just our room facing main road, can heard the motor sound at night but didn’t affect my sleeping. Receptionist also helpful and pay to attention.

The building wall seem thin. Next room shower we can heard it loudly.

On 22nd June 2025 at 2100 hrs ..Said & Grace (internship) took my orders for room service. I personally went to place my order in your restaurant.

Limited water drinking in the room. Please provide water tap or galon outside/inside room for make convenience every guess. Cleanlines room is very good, humble and polite all officers on duty. I'm happy overall to stay at this hotel.

We had 3 days 2 nights in Asialink. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and we could feel the warm stay. The hotel come with complementary breakfast. . Polite & friendly staff especially Ms Sarah.we are happy to stay at this hotel and definitely will revisit .Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Very nice place to stay, friendly staffs, superb breakfast buffet, new building with uptodate facilities. Highly recommended. In the centre of batam city..ez to explore.
The downside probably the size of the rooom, a bit small.

I had a good time here. Attended a workshop. The meals very delicious and the service was very good. The people here also friendly and always smile to us. Also the room very cool.

We also swimming. The pool are very clean. Comfortable. The bed are cozy, nice update of the meeting room.

Quiet and secure environment, making it a great choice for a peaceful stay. The hotel is easily accessible, and the added security of scanning your room card to access your floor provides an extra layer of safety.

There are no connecting rooms, and it’s a glass wall separating the bedroom from the shower, complemented by a shower curtain for privacy. The aircon is very good and offers cold temperatures!

The ongoing construction of a new wing may result in some noise during weekday working hours.

The in-room massage service is convenient, with bookings available until 1:30 am, perfect for late-night relaxation.

A simple breakfast is provided, and the hotel features a sheltered swimming pool and a small gym, offering leisure options for guests.

Additionally, ordering food via Grab is very convenient, adding to the overall ease and comfort of staying at Asialink Hotel.

Room is clean and suspicious . Hotel provide free shuttle service to shopping mall. Breakfast is delicious and many choices and pastries. Semi indoor Swimming pool and also Gym available near the pool. Staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

The lobby smells so good,clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice and wonderful view from smoking area at level 3 .
The staff very friendly especially at cinamon restaurants,they made my breakfast so enjoyable i can't write they name one by one but i can say THANKYOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY🤩

Hotel was clean and brightly lit in the corridors. Room was equally clean and spacious. TV channels not clear, recommend to bring your own phone to hdmi adapter n hdmi cable for own movies. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Good spread and quality.

Stayed for 1 night in deluxe room. Didn't get additional bed even though it was mention that 3 people will be staying. Staff were nice and helpful though.. Breakfast spread is good. Nice coffee..

Check- In was very smooth. Prior to arriving, I requested a high floor and informed the hotel its our wedding anniversary. The room we got is spacious and was decorated with a towel swan on the bed and a complimentary cake.Thank you!!
Nagoya Hill Mall is located nearby so it shouldn't be a problem if you want to shop nearby. I'm not sure if there are any convenience shops nearby though as we move around via Grab.
Breakfast at the hotel was quite ok. Indonesia cuisine etc nasi goreng, bee hoon goreng, indomie are served.
Overall we enjoyed our stay 🙏

We booked three rooms for our family, including kids and senior citizens, at this always-friendly hotel. I have stayed here before with my girlfriend.

We booked the hotel including breakfast, which was not bad and quite common, but we all accepted and enjoyed it.

The location is good for going anywhere around the Batam city area.

The rooms are good and clean.
