Hotel de 10, con un personal aún mejor
Pros:

Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel, es muy cómodo y la ubicación es muy céntrica en un barrio precioso. El personal es amabilísimo y no podemos estar más contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos 100% este hotel para hospedarse en Arequipa.

Excellent stay with lovely people to help you.
Pros:

Friendliness od the owner, lovely neighbourhood, decent breakfast with view, clean.Helped us arrange airport pick up along with excellent recommendations for food.

Cons:

Room too small for 2 people with luggage.Maybe install some ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the odour after showering.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
Wir sind früh morgens schon angekommen und konnten nach kurzer Wartezeit unser Zimmer direkt beziehen. Wir konnten unser Gepäck während unseres Aufenthaltes im Colca Canyon (4 Tage) in der Unterkunft stehen lassen. Beim Abholen des Gepäcks hat uns der Gastgeber noch die Möglichkeit gegeben in der Lobby zu warten und sogar noch zu duschen. Das war super. Wäscheservice hat auch super geklappt - 5 Soles pro Kilo - die Wäsche war am darauffolgenden Tag fertig.
Zimmer war sauber und verhältnismäßig groß. Allerdings gab es nur ein Fenster in den Lobbybereich und nicht nach draußen.

Cons:

Beim Check-In konnte man das Frühstück auswählen bzw. vorbestellen.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr sein können. Aber geschmacklich war es gut.

Séjour impeccable
Pros:

Établissement avec tout ce qu’il faut. Dans le centre ville d’Arequipa. Chambre double confortable. Petit déjeuner sur la terasse avec belle vue sur la ville. Et ce qui fait toute la différence c’est la gentillesse du patron Reinaldo. Il nous a donné tout un tas de recommandations pour manger et visiter les environs, ainsi que facilité notre arrivée et départ dans les meilleurs conditions par rapport à nos horaires de transport. Je recommande. Merci beaucoup 😊

Pros:

Reinaldo va ser un sol. Ens va donar totes les comoditats. Ens vam poder instal•lar abans d’hora j que arribavem cansants del bus nocturn sense cap cost. Ens va facilitar un taxi, llocs per menjar i excursió molt bé de preu i complerta al Cañon del Colca. Sens dubte ho recomanem. Molt bé ubicat.

Lovely family run hotel in Arequipa
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, and in such a beautiful area of Arequipa.
The owner has been so kind during our stay here, allowing us to book extra nights and checking in with us when we weren’t feeling well. He also had lots of recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area.

Pros:

Excellent hotel! The room and bathroom were very clean and the location is in a picturesque area, only a 10 minute walk from the main square. I extended my stay because it was so enjoyable and I would stay here again if I come to Arequipa! I also had my laundry done very quickly at a good price.

The breakfast on the rooftop is made to order, the owner is very attentive and organised a very good taxi transfer. There is also tea, coffee and drinking water avaliable at reception, which I appreciated.

Thank you for the great stay!

My favorite place in Arequipa. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The location is quiet and in a historic neighborhood. It is down a tiny street that looks a little sketchy, but I've stayed here before and it's perfectly safe. You also have your own key to the building so it's locked all the time. Breakfast is always made to order and tastes wonderful. Reynaldo is extremely friendly and helpful and really tries to make your stay a good one.

Cons:

As I was there during the slow season, there usually was no one at the front desk so if there was a problem or if I needed help I'm not sure what to do.
