Cons:

I didn't get my deposit back when I asked lady said I didn't pay a deposit and she was so drunk when she checked us in she probably forgot a pocketed my money

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful with the exception of one night staff member who feels the need to power thrust with guests. My room was comfortable and clean and they were quick to attend to any issues were had.

Cons:

They have doors on the side of the building they were once used as an entrance, but they do not allow you to use them any longer. It was very out of my way to use the only door they let you use. it was a major inconvenience.

Worst of imagination
Pros:

Nothing. Evidently they don’t allow late check ins. I dove from Houston to Salt Lake City in 29 hours. I was tired, and couldn’t check in because it was 7:45pm. Also got charged 1 day because after finding a better place to stay I cancelled them

Loved the price of the extended stay. Got a great price to stay for a whole month. Room was clean, the only thing that sucked was that you had to provide your own toilet paper after the complimentary ones given at check in, and u had to provide your own dishes. The restroom door was also crooked so it was loud when closing and opening it. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were nice and again, the pricing was great!

El personal un desastre total!!! La señora que atendía era muy inestable y no había limpieza no te prestaban escoba y todo te negaban si querías usar para limpiar no había ni siquiera café y las máquinas de refrescos te comía las monedas

I made reservations to stay for more days. I believe the issues I raised could be easily resolved.
Pros:

I got a discount after I booked for another month. Laundry room clean and always available, no lines. Margaret was always ready to repair my issues or requests.

Cons:

For the days that I intended to stay, no toilet paper. Margaret gave me one extra toilet paper and then I had to get my own.

My toilet bowl was stained, very uncomfortable using it. My Tuesday schedule for cleaning was never on time.
