A wonderful few days in a beautiful resort. Great location, food, and customer service.
Pros:

This is a lovely resort. The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The balconies and terrace are great for chilling out with a drink and nibbles in the evening. The swimming pools are beautiful and gardens well maintained.
There are some lovey bars and restaurants within walking distance but if you want to go downtown there are many taxis and tuk-tuks around to take you there.
Customer service was great. We were advised and kept informed via WhatsApp before and during our stay. Any queries were answered quickly. A big thank you to Romany (our resort point of contact) who did everything to make sure our stay was perfect.

Cons:

There is a bit of construction in progress on the site however it's generally out of sight and not too noisy. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für 4 Personen. Es gibt von beiden Schlafzimmern einen Blick auf einen anderen Pool, hinter einem ist das Meer zu sehen. 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, ein anderer Supermarkt, Apotheke & ATM sind in ca 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kite Stationen im Norden, Abu Tig Marina und Downtown sind gut und günstig mit Taxi, Uber, Tucxi zu erreichen. Romany kümmert sich perfekt um alle Belange die Unterkunft & Reinigung betreffend. Es gibt keinen Fön (wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt).

My family had a great time, and the kids want to go back to the same property.
Pros:

Good view. The first level has one bedroom, and the second level has four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, excluding the first level room. The house also features a large living room.

Cons:

The place could be great with little attention to detail. For example, there were boxes of shampoo and soap, but they were empty.
