La vista del hotel es maravillosa la zona húmeda está súper bien el ambiente y toda la instalación es muy comodo las habitaciones estaban muy bien mejorar un poco el ventilador
Lo único en ese hotel que no me gustó el desayuno, porque el desayuno solo porque no es un desayuno que te llene si no que te deja con hambre por un momento pensé que había variedad de frutas al cual no lo tienen el desayuno de dos huevos con una pancake es de estados unidos es como comida gourmet y no fue como gran idea ya que he pensé que había más varieda pero bueno se lo que es la hotelería he conocido varios hoteles y con mejor desayuno

La comida deliciosa, es muy comodo, las habitaciones amplias y con buena iluminacion y privacidad, no se escucha casi el ruido de afuera y las vistas son geniales

La amplitud de la locación, la ubicación y las vistas, la comida. En general son buenas.
La ropa de cama y toallas son muy viejas. Deberían renovarlas. Guatape recibe mucho extranjero pero el personal no está capacitado para atenderles al menos deberían prepararlos para comunicarsen en lo básico referente a la hoteleria .
