increible hotel, a 5 min de la Piedra, la vista al lago espectacular. Hicimos el tour del lago y nos encanto, super explicado con la persona que nos toco, sabia mucho del tema y fue un excelente guía. Muy recomendado el tour. Vale la pena explorar flora y fauna con el guía mejor.

Très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique ou pour monter la pierre Peñón de Guatapé. L'hôtel est situé entre ces 2 points d'intérêts. La personne à l'accueil est très gentille et agréable. le jacuzzi très agréable après les promenades.

Cons:

Pas simple de trouver un tuk tuk parfois car l'hôtel est sur un axe à grande vitesse. Le petit déjeuner est pris en mode self mais avec des serveurs c'est très déroutant car peu de possibilité de se resservir. Les personnes au petit déjeuner sont extrêmement froids et peu gentilles. Le check out est à midi mais dès 11h on vous fait comprendre de libérer la chambre. La piscine est très froide.

Una experiencia desilusionada
Pros:

Es un hotel práctico pero ni mucho menos de 5 estrellas como anuncia. Se le han caído dos estrellas. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas.

Cons:

La primera noche tuvimos un vecino de habitación que decidió montarse una fiesta con mucha muy muy alta y el hotel no supo gestionar la incidencia. Menos mal que la fiesta terminó a las 4 de la mañana.
Reservamos habitación con Jakuzi pero no funcionó hasta el tercer día.
Los desayunos era básicamente siempre lo mismo y lo que sobraba de un día para el siguiente; revuelto de huevo , arroz “pegado” horrible , arepa simple, un trozo de fruta y un vaso de agua con polvos para el gusto.?
Una lástima , solo desayunamos 2 de los 5 días.
