El personal era muy servicial y amable, el desayuno era variado y la cama muy cómoda.

Había manchas en la cama, pero estaba limpia, y no tengo ninguna duda sobre la limpieza general del lugar; son manchas que no se quitaron en la lavandería.
Está bien ubicado y tiene buen desayuno
Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, se ven desgastadas, algunas cosas dañadas y suciedad en muchas partes. Las toallas están en muy mal estado, rotas y manchadas igual que la sábanas. Hay una persona en la recepción que no tiene muy buena cara y quería cobrarnos más de lo que decía la reserva en booking

We felt that the staff at Faranda were excellent. They went out of their way to welcome you and put you at ease. Ivette, the manager made a point of checking in with us and making sure everything was ok. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
The location is excellent. It was easy to get to the places we needed to go to. Very tastefully decorated and a bit of a comfortable feel. We liked the Dolphin bar.

Fueron muy amables en ofrecernos la habitación antes de la hora del check in, incluyeron descuento en restaurante el cual estaba EXCELENTE y tragos de cortesía. Camas muy cómodas y almohadas igual. Aire acondicionado que no se apaga al dejar la habitación por lo q siempre se mantiene fresca. Termopanel en las ventanas para el ruido y la temperatura.
La habitación conjunta tenia inquilinos que hacían mucho ruido y se escuchaba prácticamente como dentro de la habitación. La presión del agua era deficiente, estaba en una habitación en el piso 8 de 10
Las camas son muy cómodas
La habitación no cuenta con suficiente iluminaciòn, la luz que maneja es muy tenue.
