Muy bonita construcción y ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila
La ducha salpicaba mucha agua al piso del baño.

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la cama excepcional.
Un poco la demora el primer día en que nos trajeran el almuerzo ordenado en el restaurante de la piscina,.pero luego al conocer la queja nos ofrecieron descuentos y buscaron la forma de remediar el impase. Por lo demás todo me gustó.
Todo muy bien con algunas cosas a mejorar
El desayuno lo disfrutamos entre las 8 y las 9 todos los días y siempre faltaba algo, ya sean huevos, fruta o embutido
El baño no está a la altura del resto de la habitación que es muy chula
En el gimnasio no hay máquinas de cardio como cinta o bici
Todo muy limpio y en orden, el personal muy atento, los desayunos deliciosos 👌🏻

Nettes Frühstück, schön gestaltetes Zimmer. Nette Frühstücksbedienung.
Zimmer hatte eine hellhörige Durchgangstür zu einem Nachbarzimmer und so konnte ich jedes Wort verstehen. Dadurch insgesamt leider sehr laut.
Buena ubicación, check in rápido, buen espacio en la habitación y cama cómoda. Agradecí mucho que al apagar las luces, la habitación quedara realmente oscura sin ninguna luz brillante de reloj, TV o A/C.
El servicio en general puede mejorar, el minibar estaba ubicado fuera del espacio que le correspondía porque el tamaño era mayor. Las llaves de lavamanos y ducha se notan oxidadas. A mi llegada las toallas estaban completas, sin embargo el segundo día no encontré toalla de manos, y el tercero no había toallas a la salida de la ducha. En el restaurante el piso 10 para el desayuno, no hay suficiente personal para atender, limpiar las mesas para el siguiente comensal y reponer la comida del buffet, el cual podría tener mejor variedad. Encontré las mismas opciones en los 3 días que me alojé.

He usado este hotel muchas veces y lastimosamente se ha ido deteriorando en todos los aspectos, mientras el precio sigue siendo alto. En esta ocasión la limpieza dejó mucho que desear.
