CUCARACHAS EN LAS HABITACIONES
Cons:

Me tuve que ir a las dos de la madrugada de la habitación sin posibilidad de alojarme en otro hotel porque la habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, estropeando el fin de semana de desconexión fuera de mi comunidad autónoma. La gerencia de este hotel no tiene vergüenza ni empatía, se niegan a devolverme el importe de la habitación no disfrutada y después de reconocer haber encontrado cucarachas """pequeñas""" (para quitarle hierro al asunto) en nuestra habitación , lo niegan en las respuestas de las reseñas.
Por supuesto denunciaré ante sanidad y consumo.
Para colmo, reservé habitación con vista al mar y me dieron una con vista a un patio de luces.
Me siento más que estafada.
No reservéis si no queréis arruinarnos las vacaciones y pasar un mal rato. Te insisten y presionan para que no reserves a través de Booking y lo hagas directamente con ellos, menos mal que no caí, porque te dejan completamente desprotegida. Saben por qué lo hacen.
Están más que acostumbrados a este tipo de situaciones porque son conocedores de que no cumplen los mínimos de sanidad, sino no tendrían plagas. Centro de Santander, inadmisible.

Location and great value for money.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and were willing to help whenever adked. Thdy couldnt do enough to help us with any query we had.

Cons:

Rooms very perfect and the complimentery breakfast in the room was exceptional.

Great hotel, central, good parking fantastic staff
Pros:

Excellent facilities in the room, great quality towels and linen, easy parking. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to welcome us and make everything easy

Cons:

The room was a little small, although we didn’t spend much time in it, so it didn’t really matter

De ontvangst door de receptioniste was super! Ook daarna veel zorg en aandacht voor de gasten
Mooie kamer, lekker bed, badjassen,mooie badkamer. . Verwennerijtjes op de kamer. Allemaal zeer goed verzorgd.
Goede locatie. Parkeren op het terrein.

Contratar un parking privado con videovigilancia pero la primera noche el coche en la calle en zona reservada para el hotel (pero sin videovigilancia)

Luz a partir de las 6am por un estor defectuoso. Dificultaba mucho el descanso
