A big thank you to all the lovely staff, but the noise was a problem.
Pros:

It was in a good location, the staff were very helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and visiting the city. The room was clean.

Cons:

Although the information says the rooms are soundproofed, they definitely aren’t. We were disturbed several times late at night and in the early mornings with voices in the hallways, the sound of the lift, beeping from the room security system, cupboard doors banging, coffee machine noise. This has without doubt, been the worst stay for this on our trip. The pool was tiny and the gym area was very basic and limited. Maybe in the height of summer the VIP lounge is good, but was a bit of a disappointment.

Todo genial , trato inmejorable. Un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones , muy buen personal , todo en orden y correcto

Por decir algo, nuestra habitación estaba en una planta baja y no teníamos muy buena cobertura.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Accoglienza fantastica; all'arrivo ci hanno offerto un calice di vino e fornito molte indicazioni su luoghi da visitare e dove cenare (abbiamo seguito il loro consiglio di cenare al Restaurante Marucho che si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel: siamo stati benissimo e mangiato al TOP!)
L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Santander.
Le camere sono pulite, silenziose e sufficientemente spaziose; anche il bagno è spazioso.
Il personale è davvero gentilissimo.
L'auto l'abbiamo parcheggiata nel loro comodo park.
Non è possibile far colazione ma in camera era presente una macchina del caffè con alcune capsule, dei succhi di frutta, frutta e un dolce tipico confezionato.
Super consigliato

Manca un po' di spazio per appoggiare i vestiti e il beauty case in bagno

Eine kleine feine Unterkunft zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Pros:

Ein ruhige schön gepflegte Oase mit sehr herzlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Der kleine Garten mit Pool ist herrlich für eine kurze Auszeit.

Neu, schön, sauber. Gutes Viertel, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Strand kleine Bergchallenge.

Cons:

Parkplätze sehr eng. Einmal konnten wir dadurch gar nicht parken. Eine Erstattung der Parkkosten für diesen Tag wäre nett gewesen.
