Muy caro para la habitación que nos dieron.
Pros:

El personal era amable y estaba bien ubicado.

Cons:

Me pareció muy caro para la malísima habitación que teníamos, muy pequeña a pesar de ser supuestamente superior a las estándar (dudo que tengan una habitación peor) el baño dentro del cuarto sin intimidad, no había armario solo una barra y una balda, la ventana pequeña, mal olor en la habitación, teníamos que ventilar al llegar y el aire no funcionaba, nos quejamos pero no lo solucionaron. El desayuno mejor no digan que lo incluye porque es un detalle y en una bandeja sucia ... Si quieres una tarjeta extra (solo dan una) te piden firmar algo bastante cutre siendo un hotel supuestamente de calidad ... Y más cutre aún es que tuvimos que volver al hotel antes de las 23h porque pedimos por telefono que nos pusieran una almohada más y también teníamos que firmar para que nos la dieran. Ni en el hotel mas barato me han pedido algo así ... Para nada vale lo que piden me sentí timada.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was very clean and there was enough space for all our belongings. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast/snack option — it was very convenient and available at the right time.

Cons:

However, there were a few things that could be improved. On the first day we were given only one room key. In the morning, when one person went to the gym, the other was left in the room without electricity because the key card controlled the power. We had to request a second key afterwards.

The gym also felt under-equipped: there was no disinfectant spray, no exercise mat, no drinking water, and a treadmill would have been a great addition.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Een mooie kamer. Gastvrij met vers fruit, bij een glaasje cava, aardige medewerkers. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Hôtel bien situé au centre de Santander, personnel aux petits soins et petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons pu profiter du petit balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner fourni dans la chambre.
