Pros:

We stayed here for three nights at the end of August. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, fruit, juice, and pastries available for breakfast, even though our booking did not include it.
We highly appreciate the professional service provided by the staff - Flavia and Daniel - who were always very helpful and caring with restaurant and taxi reservations and their useful recommendations. We consider their attitude a major asset to the hotel's quality. We would certainly choose this hotel again for our next visit to Santander.

Amabilidad, cercanía y disposición del personal. Muy agradables y serviciales . Un 10.

La limpieza también me gustaría destacarlo como punto muy positivo.

Todos los días, tenían el detalle de dejar en la habitación productos alimenticios de cortesía, muy ricos.

Classy, comfortable, competent and friendly staff and quiet, yet conveniently located.
Pros:

The breakfast was relatively basic, but that was no surprise: it was pleasant enough, and the option obviously exists to upgrade for free (sort of) via the Privileges programme, but we doubt that we could justify a minimum of 3-4 nights' qualifying stay. Miroslava was friendly and really quite charming, as were her colleagues, and full of great tips for places to eat and drink. The location was perfect for visiting the heart of the town. Great to have off-street and relatively secure parking, too.

Cons:

Some of the decor looked a little tired, but this is to be expected on the Cantabrian coast. No big deal.

Todo fue perfecto desde que llegamos hasta el final el personal inmejorable destacamos a Daniel que nos orientó en multitud de sitios que sin duda hicieron mucho más agradable nuestra estancia en Santander sin ninguna duda volveremos a este hotel por sus servicios pero sobre todo por el trato de su personal muchas gracias chicos!!!!

Lovely hotel, great location.
Pros:

Amazing location and beautiful spacious and clean suite.

Cons:

Air con was available though a little weak and kept turning itself off unfortunately. Also while our check in by the hotel manager was very detailed and thorough, I wished it was a little shorter as we just wanted to freshen up quickly and go out.

We were exceptionally well look after by Daniel and co. From car parking to showing us our rooms, to restaurant recommendations! I even managed a quick dip on the pool. Great stay in a beautiful city.

Perfect location
Pros:

Helpfull and friendly staff and very good location. We did not use the pool, it was very small an decided to go to the beach. Tip : bikini beach. There was no real breakfast but also here a tip : goto ‘with love’, its not very far away. The cake and fruit which was in the room was nice after a day at the beach

Cons:

The room was very small and not very clean. I did mention this at time of check-out. When taking a shower, the water was everywhere (wrong construction of the shower door). There was also a heavy perfumed smell in the room which dissapeared the next day. Overall the stay was ok but rating on booking is overrated . I would suggest to book the bigger rooms if your budget allows it
