A very pleasant place to stay for a weekend in the city.
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and the location is close to many shops and restaurants. The bathrooms are nicely designed.

Cons:

We were in town during the Electric Avenue Festival and rooms were priced much higher than normal. Hotel parking is two small blocks away.

Quirky boutique hotel with a great location
Pros:

Location. Quirky art

Cons:

Rooftop bar could serve tea / coffee in the evening, not everyone wants to drink alcohol after a meal.

Lovely hotel, great location and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location, well appointed rooms.

Cons:

Minor - there were quite a few reminders (emails and an sms) for online check-in the week prior to our stay, which was difficult to complete when we were travelling with limited internet access.

Great location, new, over priced
Pros:

Good location, new

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean with edges of fours and shower with dry grime. The room curtain did it open/close! For $505 per night, one would expect better

Pros:

Fantastic location, close to everything in the city, walking distance to all shops and riverside market. The room was tidy and the view from my room was nice, the bathroom was spacious for a one bedroom.

Cons:

For $400 a night, I expected more. There was no mini bar, the pillows were extremely high and hard and there were no options of changing them so I had to sleep without a pillow so I didn't break my neck which made for an uncomfortable 2 nights. The roof top bar was very average for the price and they were shocking with their service. I had to go to the bar numerous times to order more drinks for the whole table, they never came to check on our table to take more orders and we were 1 of only 3 tables in there with 3 staff so that extremely disappointing. We would of stayed alot longer and spent more money if they had better service. Food was below average for the price. A pork belly salad with 2 tiny pieces of pork belly and salad leaves for close to $30? Thats shocking. It's a convenient place to stay but I think it should of be $200-$250 a night max! $400 anywhere else in the country can get you a far better experience.

Convenient
Pros:

The hotel was great didnt have a view and the price was overpriced to be honest

Cons:

The price for one night , and we stayed on a Friday night and was noisy could be more sound proof , just a suggestion...
