Great location
Pros:

Super location. Very close to the new stadium, but very quiet.
Rooms are nice and comfortable. It is true to get the temperature right it takes a moment, but all is provided including an additional heater.
Parking is one block away and you have to pay for it. There are lots of loading bays in front of the hotel though.
Advantage is that almost everything is in walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast, don't bother booking it. Coffee was good though

Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower

Cons:

Lamp light didn't work, check in process was difficult as couldn't understand staff or digital check in. Nothing was explained to us. Bar staff rude

Pros:

The reception front of house and all staff were lovely, the breakfast in the downstairs cafe was also brilliant (Eggs Benedict) and the room was comfortable. We upgraded to a room with window with views out towards the new stadium, I'm glad we did as feel the room would have been very dark windowless. Location is great very central and serves as a great base to explore the city

Cons:

The sliding door to the shower room didn't close properly and kept sliding open which is awkward when you want the toilet. You still have to pay for parking which is organised by the hotel for 20nzd per 24hrs, it's a shame that it isn't included but was easy enough. These are just minimal things and overall we really enjoyed our overnight stay

Great location and cool facilities
Pros:

Great location with lots of parking nearby, comfortable beds and rooms, good service, cool rooftop bar and restaurant and nice breakfast in cafe on ground floor.

Cons:

Shower pressure was really weak.
