Exceptional Service!
Pros:

An exceptionally high level of service! The staff are wonderful and make you feel as though you are being cared for by family. The room was spotlessly clean and luxurious, as were all the hotel’s common areas.

Cons:

I mention these points only as constructive feedback, not to nitpick, as everything else was truly wonderful. I simply noticed that some of the small decorative water features in the garden had leaves and debris in them and could have been kept a little cleaner.

Another issue was that some guests would “reserve” the front-row sun loungers on the beach early in the morning by leaving towels or books on them, only to arrive around noon or even 1 p.m. It would be helpful if the hotel monitored this practice so that the sun loungers could be used fairly by all guests.

Exceptional service and the best breakfast in Greece
Pros:

We stayed as a family from 6–10 August and had a genuinely enjoyable four days.

A small issue with our booking on arrival was resolved immediately, and we were given two connecting rooms — ideal for families.

The rooms are the newest and most modern we've stayed in anywhere in Greece. USB-A and USB-C ports are placed exactly where you need them, and the bathrooms are equally modern and well finished.

Breakfast was the best we've had in Greece. Beyond a generous buffet, you can order eggs and omelettes to your table exactly how you like them. Lunch is served at a poolside restaurant with a surprisingly rich menu, and the evening restaurant offers very good Greek cuisine, with a small entertainment programme ending in traditional plate-smashing.

The beach is lovely and the sea genuinely clean — but bring water shoes, it's pebbly. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children, and under-11s stay free.

The staff made the stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and Ilian, the operations manager, took personal ownership of every request. Without us mentioning it, they spotted from our check-in records that it was our younger son's birthday and surprised him with a cake.

We had mentioned we were looking for an adults-only concept, and the general manager looked after us personally — listening, resolving things himself and making genuinely thoughtful gestures, which is rare in peak August. He saw us off in person and said he would send us an invitation once the group's new adults-only hotel is completed.

Highly recommended for families with children. If you're after adults-only, keep an eye on their new project — if the same service standard carries over, it will be a strong option.

Cons:

The beach is pebbly, so water shoes are essential. Nothing else was left unresolved — the few minor issues were handled immediately by the staff.

Das Zimmer war gross,beqwem und sehr sauber mit ausblick auf dem Hafen.

Cons:

Auf dem Strand bringen sie das Wasser nur die grosse Flasche ohne Eis und Glaser. Das habe ich nicht von Hotel mit 5 Sterne erwartet.

Pros:

Kahvaltı şahaneydi. Karşılama, resepsiyon, servis personeli ve tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, hızlı ve kibardı. Havuz çok keyifliydi. Özellikle çocuk havuzu, çocuklar için çok eğlenceliydi.
